Is Facebook just another social network? NO. It is the granddaddy of all social networks, the definitive social network. Facebook appeals to most every one because of its versatility and ease of use. Facebook is the most popular social network in the world and has as many members as there are American citizens! Any real marketer without a Facebook presence is missing out on a veritable treasure trove of MLM leads.

Those who know the secrets of Facebook - the power users of the network - are able to generate 20 to 30 leads every day, just by leveraging their presence on the network. With access to so many people, Facebook gives you the ability to exponentially grow your network. And Facebook gives you the opportunity to do this in a very cost effective manner.

Interested in using Facebook to generate revenues for your business? Generate leads using Facebook the same way the power users do. Here are the tips.

Correctly Use Facebook as it is Meant to Be Used

Like all social networks, Facebook is meant to do one thing: social networking. Do not view Facebook as only a marketing tool. People join Facebook to connect with all their friends, old and new, keep up with colleagues, form relationships and even to find dates. They don’t join in order to be someone’s marketing target. Use Facebook properly. Make friends. Form relationships. Be friendly. Share your own information. Even find dates but the most important thing is never become a marketing nag. This will cause people to block you out and keep them from ever becoming a prospect for your business. And it wastes your time and efforts.

Have Fun and Add Value

Use Facebook to enhance other people’s life. Share valuable information about yourself or a subject on which you are knowledgeable. Even pointing people to articles or news items you find interesting can help open that social door to creating a relationship. This helps you find common interests. Have fun and socialize, that’s why people join Facebook, to be social and have a good time. Don’t let marketing messages define you but you can send them. You should be enjoying Facebook, too. You will find that when you do something you enjoy, you will do it even better. The primary focus of Facebook is not business activity. You can liken it to hanging out with friends. Enjoying Facebook as a social outlet is the best way to translate the relationships into business

Connect with New Contacts

Always ask new connections or new subscribers if they are on Facebook. If they are, send them a friend request and jot them a personal note. A new fiend you have on twitter just might want to share more information with you and Facebook is the place to do that. This small gesture of “thinking-of-you-and-wanted-to-get-connected” goes a long way in turning that relationship into a warm lead.

Now that you have their connection, you have exposure to them. Every time you post an article, upload a video or make a business move, all your connections get reminded. You’re not annoying them. Your friends and connections will be appreciative that you are just staying active and sharing information. The more you share the more people learn and want to know more about you. It’s true that people only want to do business with someone they know and trust so build that trust with valuable information.

Facebook will surprise you with its value. As a simple social network, Facebook is just a hotbed of prospects, leads and other marketing activity.

Understanding and employing these key components is just the start. Watch the free Facebook Training video and start getting over 20 MLM leads per day using Facebook.

The LinkedIn Strategy

Larry Beacham is known as the King of LinkedIn He is the author of the book: The LinkedIn Lead Generation Blueprint. Larry Beacham was not an immediate success in the MLM business. As a matter of fact, he was a failure from the start. He tried for years but wasn’t able to build up his business to make a comfortable living using network marketing. Workable strategies seemed out of reach and he was not successful. Even though he actually quit at one point, he eventually went back, and that’s when the revolution began!

Beacham had the realization that he wasn’t supposed to be marketing his business. Networking is what he was supposed to be doing. Focusing your communication to only what you are selling turns people off. People want to do business with people they like and trust. The rest, as they say, is history.

Steps to Capitalizing on LinkedIn

A highly recommended resource for people who want more MLM leads, Beacham’s webinar fully explains his techniques. David Woods and Larry Beacham collaborated to extrapolate these key points from the webinar. Restated below, these points explain just how to view LinkedIn and really how to maximize its power. The network truly can become a lead-generating machine.

1. LinkedIn is not about spamming but is about relationships. LinkedIn has an unmistakable professional nature. The network is monitored by real regulations and careful review. Haphazardly adding connections, inviting people you don’t know, and reaching too far too fast is considered off limits. Don’t make these mistakes or you will be officially getting the LinkedIn kibosh - that’s being banned from the network. It is real business, not just marketing frenzy that happens on LinkedIn.

2. LinkedIn is a hangout for entrepreneurs. LinkedIn users represent the cream of the crop of business professionals - that often misunderstood class of geniuses we call entrepreneurs. Because they are blessed with very generous minds and incomes, there are the people who are excellent connectors and they make the business world go round and round.

In closing, LinedIn is a very specific and useful tool for the entrepreneurial individual to use social media to further their MLM business success.

Understanding and employing these key components is just the beginning. Watch the free LinkedIn Training video to get the full story and start getting 40 MLM leads per day on LinkedIn.

Romance is more than about just pleasing each other, it’s a signal that you still care, that you still find your partner exciting, mysterious, worth impressing and pleasing. However, often time can our partners of those elements, and turn them from the wonderful person you met to somebody comfortable and well known, predictable and taken for granted. As soon as you slip into that rut, where you no longer feel like doing much more than the basics together, than your relationship can begin sliding into the danger zone. If there is no excitement in your relationship, than is it too farfetched to believe your partner might start searching for excitement somewhere else? No—best to bring the romance back, and keep your love alive and well.

Too often people go about romance the wrong way, and for the wrong reasons. We all know what common, romantic gestures are. Flowers, dinner, jewelry. The standard romantic gestures are common, done by everybody, and as a result can seem to lack inspiration, thought, and consequently the very romance they are meant to represent. If you’re just doing what everybody else does, than your partner might very well think you are doing so out of a vague sense of obligation. Nothing will kill romance faster.

Instead, you have to ask yourself, why be romantic? Why should I do something romantic for my partner? What inspires me to do this, to do something special for them? What about them makes me want to impress them, excite them, show them how much I care about them? The purpose for romance is to make your partner feel appreciated, desirable, wanted, loved—special. Thus, common romantic gifts often fail to do exactly that, unless a unique spin is put on them. Much better is a romantic gesture that reflects something personal about the person, some attribute or quality or aspect of them that you truly admire and love.

For example, in a recent Will Ferrell comedy, he tries to woo a baker. Rather than show up with the usual compliment of chocolates and flowers, he brings her a tray of bags of flour, riffing off the traditional romantic gift, and showing an appreciation for her unique passion. This clues her into the fact that he not only appreciates and loves her, but understands what drives her and why she is special (in fact, romance comedies are an excellent source of ideas—watch and learn how the characters surprise and please each other with unique romantic gestures).

So, if you want to be romantic, think about your partner. What are their main hobbies, interests, passions? What makes them unique? Then, having identified those things, find a way to surprise them with a gift or gesture that incorporates this. You could give a bouquet of sharpened pencils to a writer, for example. What matters almost much as the gift or gesture itself is the effort your partner will perceive your having put into it—you want to show them first and foremost that you are exerting yourself because they are special to you. If your gift does not make them feel unique, than it will fail. Generic gestures are the death of romance—never forget!

One of the best ways to bring romance back is to get healthy and to look good. A turned on partner is a happy partner. Get hot, ripped, and become even more attractive with the super intense Insanity workout, get moving and singing and dancing and back in shape with the Body Gospel Workout!

Why You Need a Battery Isolator

Jan-31-2010 By JackWylde

Cars fitted with bigger stereo needs an alternative power source as they can’t rely entirely on the single battery to which they are connected. If we have an habit of listening to music when the car ignition is off the consequence will directly lead to complete drain of the primary battery source which results in problem with starting engine, the battery won’t have sufficient energy to crank the engine. This problem can be encountered by using a secondary battery source coupled with the primary source, the secondary battery can’t be directly linked with the primary battery we need a battery isolator to establish the connection .While doing so question like HOW TO CONNECT A BATTERY ISOLATOR erupts in our mind it is very easy if all the instructions are followed in this manual.

Battery isolator is a device that instructs the alternator to charge the secondary battery and also protect the primary battery from being drained. Battery isolator can be of different type but the most efficient and cheapest of them is solenoid type isolator where the isolator connection is achieved when the engine is on, off when the engine is off .The instructions on how to connect a battery isolator follows.

Open the front hood and place the secondary battery in its corresponding tray using a 3/8 inch socket and ratchet. Make sure the battery is properly in position and should not be kept tilted. Using a driller mount the battery isolator then connect the terminal of battery isolator to the positive terminal of the battery using a battery cable. The wire connecting the battery and isolator are stripped and held in position using the 3/8 inch ratchet and socket.

Now the positive terminal of the secondary battery is connected to the other terminal of the isolator the wires are held in position using the socket and ratchet.

Take a lengthy wire connecting the ignition terminal of the isolator and run it down to the car interior near the steering column, test the ignition terminal with the 12 v test bulb, the light should turn on when the engine is on and should be in off state when the engine is off to ensure the connection is established.

After the connections is checked strip the one end of the lengthy wire using a wire stripper and clamp it with a ring type crimper and fix it to the battery isolator’s ignition terminal using the socket and ratchet. For grounding run a wire from the ground terminal of the isolator the the ground point on the frame and bolt the wires to ensure a tight connection.

The negative terminal of the secondary battery is connected to the ground point on the frame using a gauge wire and is bolted on the either end to ensure connections, now the secondary battery will start charging only when the engine is on.

It is easy to couple the secondary battery with the primary battery using this manual on HOW TO CONNECT A BATTERY ISOLATOR where it eliminates the need for supervision.

Wiring a Battery Isolator

Jan-31-2010 By JackWylde

The following article shows how to connect a battery isolator. The isolator is installed when the car needs a second battery. This will be required by cars that have bigger stereos. Since more power is needed second battery is added with the help of an isolator.

The hood is popped. New battery is placed on the second battery tray on the driver’s side of the vehicle. It is secured using 3/8 inch ratchet and socket. Using drill the battery isolator is mounted on the fender well. Then the screws and the bracket that comes with the battery isolator are self-tapped . a length of four gauge battery cable run from the positive terminal of the first battery to the terminal on the battery isolator on the right hand side. The end of each side of the wire is stripped about half inch from the end and a terminal on to each end is crimped using a terminal crimper. The positive terminal from the first battery is connected to the terminal using a 3/8 inch ratchet and socket.

A 4 gauge battery cable run from the positive terminal of the second battery to the terminal on the battery isolator on the left hand side. The end of each side of the wire is striped about half inch from the end. A terminal on to each end is crimped using a terminal crimper. Then the positive terminal on the second battery is connected to the terminal on the isolator using a 3/8 inch ratchet and socket.

A 18 gauge wire run from the ignition terminal on the battery isolator through a grommet in the firewall and the above one is made to run to the steering column on the interior. The wire is probed with the test light and the ignition is turned to the on position then off it. this is done to check the settings. An ignition lead is there when the light turns on when it is on and turns off when it is off. The 18 gauge wire is connected to the ignition wire using a blue Scotchlok connector.

The wire strippers are used to strip
