Be frank with yourself. Are you one of those people that think that you just don’t have the time to get your home business up and running? You’re not alone. Many people I talk to claim they have too much to do and not abundant time to do it. They wind up defeating themselves and their business looses momentum and suffers.

However, I have some good news! You can find and use your full time to create momentum for your home business. All you need is to find time and commit to use that time for your home business only. Try the following line of attack to make your home based business grow.

Document Your Daily Routine

The primary thing you will need to do find a discreet place and write down your timetable. Document the start and end time on actions like agreements prepared for work, driving your kids to school, your commute to your day job, gym time and any new commitments you have. Don’t forget to involve weekends and family time (this is most imperative).

After completing this task you ought to have a good visible plan of what your work week is like. You should see openings in your week. Make your goals easy: try to find two hours you can commit to spend on your business. You should be able to re-rank some times.

Stay with the Schedule You Created.

The next thing you need to do is stick with your agenda. This can be difficult because you are making a new pattern. Once you get the hang of your new routine, you ought to continuously re-evaluate your calendar. You may be able to find more time to spend on your home business.

Sticking with your calendar means you need to self-restraint yourself to work. This means that you have to find a way after work, after little group games, after feasting and after putting the kids to bed.

Never Forget Your Family.

Spending time with my family is at all times a top priority for me. I have fledgling children so I try to focus on the business when my kids are in bed. I find that utilizing the evening hours is best for me to spend on my home business. It seems to be the most productive part of the day.

If you have to use your family time to spend on your business, make sure you communicate with your family so they have an expectation of what you are achieving for them, and yourself. However, I’ll be duty-bound to recommend that you set a cutoff point so you can spend that time you want with your family. This will give sense of balance for you.

Embrace Distractions

As we all know life also throws us off plan. Try your best to embrace this fact instead of struggling with it. If your child stays up late, center on helping your child quiet down and go to bed. Try not to concentrate on what you could be achieving. Don’t. The work will still be there when you are prepared.

If you have to stay late at your day job, then decide to work late. Usually, you’ll find that it is better just to concentrate on one thing at a time. You’ll be more efficient and successful. Having a rich and remorse free mind while operational on your business is most useful.

To handle new ideas that can divert you while you are functioning, keep an MP3 Recorder convenient so if an idea comes up you can record it or inscribe down the idea in a notebook. You can for ever and a day list those point of view at a future time. You will also find that you are using less time dealing with disturbances instead of struggling with them.

So there is good news when it comes to finding time to work on your own business. Don’t despair and don’t get frustrated. Just remember that you have total power of your time and you alone can amend your habits to build your enterprise momentum.

Searching for ideals on the internet to make a living and leave the rat race. Check out what I have discovered. http://forsuccessinlife.com/MMMC.html

Business stationery is a key ingredient in creating your image, solidifying your branding strategy, and instilling confidence in others that. By choosing unique business stationery, you are more likely to stand out from the crowd and attract customers.

What is Business Stationery?

Business stationery is typically comprised of letterheads, envelopes, and business cards. This is the basic stationery package and will get you started on your business endeavor. You might later expand the basic package to include promotional materials such as brochures, pamphlets, promotional postcards, and announcements.

Business stationery doesn’t have to be expensive, but it does need to be nicely printed on professional-quality paper, not computer paper. Your information should be clearly stated, meaning you should avoid fancy fonts that are difficult to read. The look should somehow reflect your business. Stationery represents your business image to the public, and you want to leave a good impression because you might not get a second chance.

What is Unique Business Stationery?

Unique business stationery simply means you stray from the simple black on white or black on ivory format and dare to be different. Although your letterhead, envelopes, and business cards might still be in the white family, you can embellish and use color and images to brighten the drab page and catch the attention of potential customers.

Imagine you have a business in a creative industry, such as a floral shop or a home decorator business. If a potential client receives mail from you that is unimaginative and boring, how could she trust you with decorating part of her home in a creative way?

Keys to Choosing Unique Business Stationery

Just because your stationery package needs to be professional doesn’t mean it needs to be boring or lackluster! The key is to choose unique business stationery that sets you apart from your competition without scaring away potential clients. Balance is the key.

For example, you might choose to incorporate a bold color in your letterhead. Instead of printing your letterhead on bright red paper, however, choose a crisp white bond paper and a bold red border or have your company’s information embossed in red. This creates balance, but still qualifies as unique business stationery.

Moderation is also important in choosing unique business stationery. You might want to include a graphic image that represents your business; perhaps you are starting a landscaping company and want to include flowers in your stationery. You don’t want to have flowers scattered all over the background, as this will appear disorganized and unplanned – and potential customers may think your business is that way too. Instead, you might choose one blossom and include a vibrant photo of it in the top corner or centered at the top of your letterhead near your business name. You now have unique business stationery instead of an eccentric, unprofessional appearance.

As long as you moderate and balance your creative elements with professionalism and some restraint, your unique business stationery will convince clients that you have it all: creativity and business acumen.

Your business stationery plays a tremendous role in branding your company and generating revenues. Whether you send corporate party invitations or other types of business stationery, your clients will take notice of your style.

Business stationery is essential for any new company, but this doesn’t mean you must spend your entire bottom line to get the right look. Often, you can find an alternative in preprinted business stationery to trim costs, but maintain the professional look and feel of custom stationery.

What is Preprinted Business Stationery?

Preprinted business stationery comes in many varieties, from a simple preprinted border to actual graphic images or a background pattern. Instead of designing an image and then having it printed along with your business information on your choice of paper, you simply choose a paper and design that you like and add your information to the existing design.

The basic business stationery package includes letterheads, matching envelopes (in various sizes if you send larger mailings), and business cards – and preprinted business stationery is no different. Choosing preprinted business stationery is often less expensive and can give you some good ideas if you are feeling creatively blocked.

How to Choose Preprinted Business Stationery

Before you begin searching for preprinted business stationery, take some time and evaluate your needs. If you are simply looking for the basic stationery package comprised of letterheads, coordinating envelopes, and business cards, then make sure you don’t get swayed by matching brochure paper that you really don’t need.

Then, consider the purpose of your business, your branding strategy, the degree of formality your stationery should have, and any colors already associated with your business. This way, you have a list of requirements with you when you begin looking and won’t get distracted by a design that really isn’t appropriate.

Preprinted Business Stationery Tips and Ideas

Most businesses need to maintain a certain degree of professionalism and decorum in their stationery choices, and therefore, loud colors and crazy fonts are usually not appropriate. The paper itself should be heavier than regular paper and could be bond paper, linen, or recycled. It is usually best to choose a white or ivory paper, as this gives you a professional yet neutral background suitable for any colors you might add. Your ink color should probably be black, unless you want your logo or business name to coordinate with your existing color scheme.

If you have a creative business or one where clients might expect your stationery to be edgier, then you have the ability to break the rules. For example, a children’s party planner might choose a fun preprinted business stationery package that features a colorful confetti border. She can then print the name of her business in bright red or even a combination of primary colors, but keeps the main information in a black, legible font. This tells parents that she is capable of providing a fun party, but is professional and trustworthy as well.

Whether your business leans towards the serious or the zany, choose preprinted business stationery that best matches your business and maintains a sense of professionalism – and no one will guess it isn’t custom.

Your business stationery plays a tremendous role in branding your company and generating revenues. Whether you send corporate party invitations or other types of business stationery, your clients will take notice of your style.

Graduation is an exciting time – and an opportunity to promote your related start-up business endeavor. If you are planning to open your own business after you receive your diploma, consider choosing graduation stationery that matches your business stationery for a budget-friendly and cohesive “branding” strategy.

Elements of Graduation and Business Stationery

Graduation stationery typically includes announcements, invitations, and thank you cards, although often the invitation performs double duty acting as the announcement as well. In contrast, business stationery typically consists of a letterhead, coordinating envelopes, and business cards. Both types of stationery are important and can be a vital part of your new business venture.

Why Choose Matching Stationery

Graduation stationery functions to inform friends and family of your academic achievements, with details of the event, what degree you are earning, and when the ceremony will take place. If you plan to start a business related directly to your degree, then you might want to keep this in mind when shopping for graduation and business stationery.

By choosing the same paper and general layout, you can often save money by ordering multiple items in one stationery package – and even better, you have a way to connect people visually to your graduation and business without seeming pushy.

How to Use Matching Graduation and Business Stationery

One of the best ways to advertise your business and announce an achievement is to celebrate with a party. An easy way to announce your graduation and business venture simultaneously is to invite friends and family to a graduation celebration at your new place of business. You can celebrate both accomplishments at once.

For example, if you plan to start your own accounting service and just received your finance degree, you might host your graduation party at your new office. You can use your graduation stationery to announce the party, while giving attendees a preview of your new business.

At the party, you’ll have your new business cards displayed along with any promotional material, even if it’s just an introductory letter printed on your new business stationery for people to pick up and take with them. By matching the graduation invitation to your business stationery, the look will be cohesive and people will recognize the “brand” that is you.

Tips on Choosing Stationery Designs

Simple and professional deigns are always the best choice. Perhaps you choose white bond paper with a black border and a modern swirl header. Your graduation stationery could easily incorporate this elegant design without seeming too corporate, while your business stationery could likewise feature this design without seeming unprofessional.

If you want to incorporate color, perhaps a school color, then choose wisely. Try to avoid outrageous color schemes and colored paper. Instead, insert color in the form of a border or monogram to preserve a professional appearance without staying too neutral.

As long as you can link the two types of stationery together, you have a great chance to let your friends and family preview your business venture and give them the opportunity to tell others. You might get your first clients as a result of combining your graduation and business stationery packages!

Your graduation invitations should reflect your accomplishment and personality. For ideas on how to celebrate your new degree and introduce your start-up business, browse through inspiring themed party invitations.

The dividing line between success stories and failure stories usually comes down to basic principles and repeated actions over time. Either the actions are good and repeated to achieve great success, or the actions are poor, and over time lead to failure. Here are the top 7 actions that separate entrepreneurs who succeed and those who don’t. To be successful, you should;

1) Set Your Goals: Find a nice place to relax and be comfortable, and get a piece of paper. Write down all the money you want to earn in your life and when you would like to get it. Imagine having it right now! For this exercise you need to be honest with yourself and think outside your current income levels, there is really no limit to what you could earn.

2) Establish Your Interests: Next write down what you love to do and your burning desires. Yes your desires will make you all the money you’ll ever need! When you have a passion for something, it means you won’t treat it like work, but instead, more like a game, and one you will win every time!

3) Self-Talk: Believe and use affirmations to remind and motivate yourself every day. This technique can be used to overcome self confidence, self-esteem issues or anything from being afraid to speak in public to becoming more in control.

4) Get Specialized Knowledge: Get yourself specialized knowledge because you can’t do it all on your own. The best thing is to work with similarly minded people working towards the same goals. And I don’t mean your colleagues working towards making profits for somebody else! You can start making profits for yourself. But remember, you may need some guidance along the way. You have unique skills and talents. But there are many skills and talents required for success as an entrepreneur. Often the entrepreneur’s success is dependent on the help of the support network and business contacts that have been used.

5) Plan: You need to become a better planner because all great goals are the result of processes that lead to successes. You need to put in place definite paths to take you from your current position now to your new income goals from step 1. You should be able to find ways to incorporate the things you love to do into your plans.

6) Become a Decision Maker: Decision is huge in the movement towards achieving wealth. It is one of the biggest causes of failure financially. You have made the choices and picked what you want, but you must be able to make quick decisions when opportunities arise. Failure to act can and will result in losses and good entrepreneurs know this.

7) Persist: This is action number 7, and is the final thing to follow, but not the least. If you want to be a successful entrepreneur, in the physical world or on-line for that matter, you must not lose faith and stick to your goals and never give up.

As can be seen from the 7 actions for entrepreneurial success, focus and awareness are the big factors. There must be focus and understanding of the goals and how to get there. Also nobody ever made it on their own.

Popping up everywhere now on the internet are new home business opportunities. There seems to be a new product every second day. The need has arisen to review this great number of new home business ideas. Here is a set of secrets to helping the potential home business owner to decide how to make the best decision and not get scammed.

1)The 1 in 12 rule: It is an unfortunate fact, that roughly 1 in 12 of the home business opportunities out there are simply scams, and reviews by experts have shown this to be the case. Often their blueprints just don’t work. This is a quick statistic that should incite you to be careful when selecting the home business model that is right for you, and when you are being offered one of the many home start-up packages out there. Of course, about 10% of the offers are absolutely valid, and they do deliver.

2)The Lure of Wealth: This is often the trick used to completely fool the prospect into buying the offer. Many of the website owners out there will show an extravagant wealth mask, and they will give the impression that they made millions, however this is not to be trusted. Seeing this, many people are blinded and miss the bigger picture. Often it is just an empty promise, without any real workable method of making money.

3)The Quick Money E-Book: An e-book is an easy to make one time document, and often it is seen that home business promoters only offer a one time e-book offer. This is the core of a get-quick-rich scheme. The webmaster will promise big things, and ask for a one time payment, and that is the end of the relationship. If home businesses could succeed by simply buying an e-book, there would be a hell of a lot more successes out there today. However as home business reviews have shown, over 95% of businesses fail. It strongly points toward need for a longer term plan, support network and personal effort.

4)Real Skills Training: In order to achieve success in a home business, it is necessary to attain specialized home business knowledge. Home business reviews on the net have shown that the knowledge that is so often delivered for people’s dollars falls below the level required, and the knowledge is not well managed or well directed. People out there have massive potential to do well in their own business, and it has been proven that they only need some special support as well as individual willingness to make it from idea to success.

5)Honesty and Guarantees: This speaks for itself. The legitimate websites on the internet that provide guarantees are the most trustworthy, and often they will give the prospect a timeframe to give it a try. This is the kind of promise to look out for. This is so because you know then that it is not a scam, and you will be in control of the level of success you can achieve. If it was not for you after the time frame, you will get your money back.

It is hoped that the above pointers will help some of you real home business prospects to choose wisely.

Is the Market For Flipping a House Dead?

Mar-31-2009 By ChrisChico

In today’s market, we’re watching the values of properties and portfolios hemorrhaging before our very eyes. We look at the value of the Dow, and then moments later we look at it again, the numbers can be dramatically different. Everything, it seems, is sliding down.

Remember when times were good? You could turn on the TV and it seemed like every channel had at least one or two or ten shows about house flippers who would buy homes, fix them up, and sell them again. But with today’s turbulent economy, is that even possible?

If you are curious about real estate investing, you probably have questions going through your mind like “Can I make money flipping a house in this market?”, “Aren’t housing prices off?”, or, “Won’t it cost way too much to repair?”. In today’s economy, these are valid questions. And the answer is: Flipping a house in this market is possible, house flipping isn’t dead. If done correctly, there are ways that you can grow a successful flipping practice even in an economy that is in meltdown.

In fact, with the right system, it’s possible to make great money even in down markets. That’s because the down market itself is helping you. Here’s how:

In good times, people can sell homes for top dollar so flippers are forced to buy homes at high prices then fix up the home to be even nicer and sell the home again, thus “raising the bar” and making the home a high value home. Let’s use an example of a home selling for $200,000 in a neighborhood of homes going for $180,000 to $220,000. The flipper buys the home for $200K and fixes it up really nice and puts it back on the market for $220K to $250K. Their profit is made in improve the value.

In tight times, many people are facing foreclosure and just want to get out of a bad situation where they cannot afford their home. Perhaps they’ve lost their job, or perhaps their mortgage rate adjusted to a higher price than they could handle. Either way, they may be willing to part with their home at a discount. So, for flippers in tough market conditions, the secret is to get homes at a discount and sell them quickly at a discount to someone else. For example, if a home is valued at $200K, the flipper might be able to buy it at an extreme discount – say $100K – and then turn around and sell it for $120K to someone else with very little work in between.

That’s the secret to flipping a house when the market is down. People facing foreclosure are motivated sellers and willing to sell for massive discounts just to get out of a home they can no longer afford.

Of course, there are many other tips, tricks, and techniques to real estate investing in times when the market seems disastrous, but the bottom line is: flipping is not dead. Good money can be made easily with the right system in place.

Valentine’s Day. The day I try hardest not to look like a gerbil (difficulty level 5) approaches. I take five online ‘How Romantic Are You?’ tests and do not score highly. This is a shock. I pride myself on being the 12th least emotionally stunted comedian in the country and (arguably) the second most romantic after Jack Dee.

True, it has never occurred to me to leave my husband an ‘I-love-you-have-a-great-day’ post-it note under the toilet seat but surely ‘You are spiritless and dead’ (MySpace) is over-stating it?

I like the dinner and compliments side of Valentine’s Day, it’s the thoughtful extras that stress me out. I have experienced few things more frightening than being led blindfold by a fruitcake Valentine into a dimly lit room full of balloons. I would genuinely prefer to come home to a bed with ‘I drown squirrels’ spelled out on it in Refreshers than one strewn with rose petals.

Producing anything more complicated than a heart-shaped fried egg on Valentine’s Day should be a sackable offence. Fortunately my husband agrees. He’s still hard to buy for. What to get for an amateur arsonist who is terrified of dog poo and whose favourite film is Mrs Doubtfire? I did find combustible false breasts with wire bristles for Christmas.

I hope I don’t get roses again.

How to receive roses graciously: Lesson One.

Receiving roses graciously is so hard the University of Ham is now offering it as a degree course so what follows is a very simplistic overview. Say “ohTHANKYOUtheyresoBEAUTIFUL!” with meaning, inhale deeply and pretend they smell of something. You must not then leave them in the sink – unwrap them immediately and attempt to hack the bottom section of the stems off at an angle with your kitchen scissors. Although this will be akin to cutting an Action Man’s leg off with a Twix you must persist as whipping out bread knives and shears etc will make you look unfeminine and scare your Valentine. As will screaming ‘sh*t me’ when the thorns get stuck in your thumbs.

Do not hammer the stems with a meat mallet in front of your Valentine for the same reason, also because it kills the flowers. N.B. if your roses do not come with rosefood you CANNOT, it turns out, make your own by tipping caster sugar into the water instead, though this is a fun way to grow Quorn. Try to put your roses in something classy, like a vase or spaghetti jar. Using a decapitated Matey bottle may seem ungrateful.

If you are still excited about your evening after all that then you may be experiencing lurrrve and will probably get distracted and forget to put any water in and your roses will wizen. Oh well. Thank God I don’t live in America where Valentining is such a serious business people who score twos on ‘How Romantic Are You?’ quizzes are left in swamps to be eaten by alligators.

My husband and I may never do Valentine’s on a pink horse, pockets jammed with doves but deep down we’re very romantic. Maybe very deep down and maybe romantic in the way a homophobe may, deep down, one day, turn out to be gay…but we’re up for the 14th. We like each other. We have a copy of this catalogue. And we can tango.

* Anniversary (1), Christmas (2), Enjoyable family/friend Birthdays (3,4,5,6), Bringing baby home from hospital (7), Baby sleeps through night (8), Give baby lemon (9), Baby says ‘Mama’ (10) and Dada (11) for first time, tadpoling day (12), duvet day (13), bier festival (14) sporting events (15)

Sally Phillips is writing for The Handpicked Collection, a website and catalogue featuring a selection of unique and thoughtful gifts and present ideas for Valentine

At some point in your invention commercialization process journey you are going to have to contact the companies with whom you want to pursue a licensing arrangement. That means that you, or someone such as a commission invention licensing agent, who represents you are going to have to pick up the phone and make a sales call.

If you are like most inventors, this task gives you pause. But, it shouldn’t!

If you understand your target market and understand the market relationships of some of the key companies in that market, than you will be perceived as someone who just might have that revolutionary product idea. This idea could hold the key to a sustainable market advantage for years to come.

Now, I’m not saying that all inventions are earth shattering and groundbreaking. What I am saying is that if you really understand what the companies that service your target market need and want, than you will be well received.

Whatever you do, make sure that you protect your intellectual property right before you approach a potential invention licensing partner. Failing to properly protect your intellectual property rights can mean that you forfeit them and all monies that may be made as a result of them.

It is best to find out how to get to the right person to pitch your idea. Do not email your invention concept unless you are specifically asked to by the person that you are targeting. Find an executive or decision maker that is open to new ideas. In small and medium sized businesses, which are a lot more innovative than they are given credit for, you will be able to talk to the owner or a key executive.

In larger companies you will have to peel the onion to find the right person. Check industry and trade association boards for contacts. In most cases those board members work for industry leaders. Use Linkedin to find some executives. This may allow you to use your existing relationships to gain an audience.

If you call the company cold, get to a receptionist and ask them who would be responsible for new revenue generating ideas. You want to get to an assistant for someone who can make a decision to review the invention. Get to the right assistant, at the very least before you really go into any details about your invention. Talk to marketing people – not engineers, technologists, or product development people.

Marketing people have an interest in growing revenue – period. The technical team that is responsible for new product development may feel threatened by a concept or invention that they did not develop. You don’t need the drama. Focus on those that have an interest in getting your invention a fair hearing with the ultimate decision makers.

If your invention will save the company operating expenses then you should seek a senior operating executive instead of a marketing executive. The senior executives are always interested in cutting costs and improving efficiencies. This is their mantra. They are all ears if you can help them.

Once you get them on the phone for the first time your goal is get them interested in learning more about your invention. Tell them that you are seeking their opinion. This is non-threatening and can lead to more of an open dialogue. If they see your invention turning into revenue than you have a real opportunity to move forward. Get permission to send them some more information.

The key here is to get their permission. When you get their permission they will be expecting the information. Keep this information general. Don’t share too much detail yet.

When you call and talk to either them or their assistant, you can reference the fact that they were expecting the information. It is best to develop a good relationship with their assistant. A sharp assistant will know that this is your goal, but if their boss likes you than they will play along.

Once you send them the information – either a fact sheet or a small package – follow up with another phone call within 10 days. Ask them:

•What they would do to maximize its market potential?

•What they thought about the concept as a whole?

•What changes they would like to see?

•What similar concepts or inventions are they aware of?

•How would they market it?

Ask these questions in the general conversation, not as an invention interrogation. Remember, people are people, and they will help you if they like you. You want to ask open ended questions to get them to talk. If you ask yes or no questions - you will get yes or no answers and won’t learn as much.

If they have not thought about how they would market the invention, at least in broad conceptual terms, than there is a very low chance that your invention has market appeal with that company. If they are trying to put you off than this may be the case. Ask a direct question about its potential. Better to kill the deal and move on than waste time with the “polite nod.”

Don’t feel bad, take what you have learned and move on to the next potential licensee. You see, this process is one of those – “Repeat Until Succeed!”

How To Be Lead To Success

Mar-31-2009 By WendyHershey

Like so many thousands of other struggling entrepreneurs, I had failed…and I had failed…and I had failed to succeed. I repeat those words “I had failed” many times because it became a pattern for me. A dead end pursuit. My dream to financial freedom was never born.

I was drawn to many online businesses that sold me golden dreams of prosperity. I did what they told me to do to find success. I followed their systems. I paid my monthly membership dues and maintained autoship requirements. I did 3-way calls. I made my list of 100 people. I went to business conventions. I passed out business cards……..and the list of what I did to try to succeed went on for more than 5 years. During this 5 year period, I never felt part of a team and could not find leadership. By leadership, I mean someone who could lead me down the correct path to business success. My pathway had been unordered and chaotic.

The point is that I failed miserably — no matter what I did. I got sick of failure. Tired of losing money almost everyday. I was one of the 97% of network marketers who fail at online businesses. I wondered, “What in the world are those other successful 3% of network marketers doing?” I knew I was as smart, persistent and dedicated as those who were making money. But what was wrong? There had to be an answer and I was determined to find out how to succeed. So, I prayed for an answer…

Then one day I received an email from a friend who told me that the main reason for my failure was for my lack of a mentor. My friend told me that we all need mentors in life to lead and guide us. We need someone who can show us the proven steps to success. And the best mentor to find is someone who can show you STEP-BY-STEP how to succeed. Someone who is a proven expert in his field. There is no better person to be your mentor than someone who has found the proven pathway to success. The thing I had been doing wrong was not having a mentor to guide me step-by-step down the pathway…just like a child. I was in need of someone to show me from scratch what to do to find success. The answer for me was to find and become a student of a super mentor.

I stepped out on faith and started my search for the ideal mentor. It was suggested to me to include the hunt for my mentor in businesses other than my own. Places that are not the obvious. I soon learned that outstanding mentors are everywhere- businesses, churches, schools, clubs….and the list goes on.

What followed was the answer to my prayer. I found myself a super business mentor. He taught me secrets that anyone can follow and learn step-by-step to become outrageously successful. My chaotic steps gradually straightened. The key to my future success was following the step-by-step plan that my mentor showed me. I never knew in my wildest dreams that when I came under the wing of a mentor that I would finally experience success. And I don’t mean earning a mere $10 a day. My mentor taught me to think BIG. I learned that what I conceive in my mind will come to fruition. Think small and I would reap small. These things were just the beginning lessons in my step-by-step learning.

I am thankful that I am finally on the road to success. Without a super mentor to guide me in business, I would still be in that category of 97% who fail. Anyone who has the courage, persistence, and willingness to push forward to succeed will discover that the ultimate key is to find a super mentor. It’s just what the doctor ordered! Anyone who has completely failed in the past will want to get his or her hands on the wealth of guidance and training that a mentor has to offer.

In conclusion, I can now say that I am now on the road to my dream of financial freedom. Step-by-step, one day at a time. Having a super mentor has truly made the difference!

6 Easy Ways To Find A Millionaire Mentor

Mar-31-2009 By WendyHershey

The most difficult part of a mentoring relationship is finding a mentor. Where should you start your search? Do business mentors actually exist who can help you grow a successful online buiness? When beginning your search, consider the following ways to find a great mentor:

1. Word of Mouth: When starting your search process, ask for referrals from your friends, co-workers, other networkers, and successful people already in your business. When you ask for a mentor referral, be specific about what type of mentor you are searching for. Never ask for a “general” mentor. You want a mentor who is highly experienced in your type of business…someone who has been extremely successful — someone who has built a financial empire. Look for a millionaire.

2. Be Aware of You: Determine where you are in your attempt to build a business and decide where you want to go. Without personal goals a mentor will be of no help to you. Know what your strengths and weaknesses are. Find a mentor who can expand on your strengths and help you overcome your weaknesses.

3. Be Assertive: Don’t count on a mentoring relationship to form spontaneously. You must deliberately go on a hunt to find that great mentor.

If you find a mentor that doesn’t deliver a step-by-step plan for your success, move on! Don’t waste time with a mentor who can’t deliver the goods.

4. Be Open to New Mentor Possibilities: Remember, the mentor you are searching for might be someone who is not in your exact business. Look for someone who can show you how to use his proven skills to explode any business. Millionaire mentors seem to share the same successful traits no matter what business they promote. Find yourself a millionaire mentor and apply his methods to success to your business.

5. Determine Where You May Find Your Mentor: Great sources to locate super mentors include your present business, social networking sites, chat rooms, local communities, Chamber of Commerces, teachers and universities. One of the best source tools I have found is Google Search: search for online business millionaires. You want to possibly find an online club that is operated by a millionaire who’s sole purpose is to mentor his club members. Club membership is a great source for mentoring for both newbies and experienced online marketers.

6. Remember Who Have Been Your Best Mentors in the Past: Determine what you liked about the mentors who significantly influenced you life. Who were your best mentors? What qualities made them the best? Your past mentor relationships can help lead you to your new super mentor. Probably the best mentor you had in the past was someone who lead you step-by-step to your goals. Find a mentor who can lead you in this same fashion.

In conclusion, you and I know that a business millionaire is not born. He started off like you and I as a struggling entrepreneur. But then something wonderful happened — he met his millionaire mentor —and life was never the same!

You can find your millionaire mentor today. It’s easier than you might think. Come along with me now and I will introduce you to the millionaire mentor in my life…

What Are the Benefits of Laminating Paper?

Mar-31-2009 By BellaHarris

Laminate is a material created by pressing two materials onto each other and sealing them together. The most know product is probably laminate flooring, which is a cost effective alternative to hardwood flooring, and of course laminated paper used to preserve the condition of documents, leaflets, business cards and other types of information printed on card or paper such as restaurant menus.

Lamination is created by placing the material between two sheets of material, often plastic, and sealing them shut by heat and pressure. The surface is then smooth and there is often no marks to be found from the process. By proper lamination, the surface will be completely transparent and not impaired the printed material in any way.

Lamination was first created by inventor Dr. Morris M. Blum, dental medicine doctor from New York in 1938. Back then the dental industry used clear plastic resins to bond and cap the enamel surface of teeth However, the doctor saw a possible different use for the plastic material and created, what we know today as modern laminate. Dr. Blum was first inspired after he saw how old photographs would falter and decay over time. Wanting to preserve his memories, he eventually laminated a photograph, of his wife, in 1938, and thus lamination was created. This practice is still recognized at the University Of Minnesota, through the Dr. Blum Memorial Lectureship.

When paper or other paper like materials are laminated it can prevent and help protect it from harmful damage from the sun and other sources. Lamination can avoid paper getting smudged, stained, wrinkled, marked, abraded or greased over time, a very practical solution especially to preserve resources. Today, all forms of identification papers that include photography are laminated such as driving licenses, passports, social security and many more. Credit and Debit cards are also laminated. Imagine the amount of work that would go into issuing new identification if they were not laminated. The rain forest would probably be a thing of the past already!

Lamination can also be used to change properties or add properties to a flat surface, in this instance mostly paper. Impregnating vinyl with magnetic material can create the amazing magnetic stickers that we all have become accustomed to using, at work to hang memo’s and at home to make sure we remember the grocery list. Laminating several times over the same material can give the sort of surface that can be written upon with an erasable marker or chalk. The stunning holographic images on credit cards or novelty items are also an example on how lamination can create effects, by slightly altering the contents of each layer.

Having your business cards laminated will ensure clients and customers are able to keep a card for along time without it becoming unreadable and dog-eared, offering a greater professional impression as well as a cost effective method of ensuring your card can be kept for long periods of time by your clients. Laminated business cards can also incorporate many of the impressive features, such as holographic images to portray your corporate or business image and company logo very effectively.

Solopress print and design produces range of matt laminated business cards printed full colour on both the sides.

Business stationary is often overlooked as something that is not necessary but it can help create your company’s image. It is important that it creates the right image for your business. A poorly designed letter head or compliment slip can give the wrong impression and damage your business.

Over complicated designs can look really unprofessional especially if they are not well thought out. They can also detract from the company name and contact information. Some badly designed letter heads make it impossible to read the company name which is something you want to avoid. You want to be clear and bold but also subtle. Having all the text in capitals in the largest font size that will fit on the paper gives the impression that you are trying too hard which also looks very unprofessional and cheap!

Quality materials give the impression of a professional business. Even the paper you use for letters is important. If the paper is low quality it will give the impression that you don’t care about details or about your clients. Using high quality paper will also give your business a personal touch, the equivalent of a mint on your pillow in a hotel. It’s these little details that make clients feel valued.

Creating stationary yourself seems like a good idea and appears to be the better option. However unlike a professional printer you won’t have the right machinery or materials for the job. A normal home inkjet printer will be nowhere near the quality you would get with a professional laser printer or printer press. Plus a professional will use better quality papers and inks to make sure you’re stationary looks as crisp as possible.

Professional graphic designers often have a lot more experience than you do when it comes to designing stationary layouts and business cards. They will know instantly what sort of designs will work with your company image and be able to give you their expertise. The most important thing about your company’s identity which you can only get from a professional is a unique look. There are many templates out there and some are even customisable but they still aren’t truly unique.

A professional graphic designer will be able to create a business identity for you from scratch and make it look exciting as well as unique. They will ensure that your business stands out from the rest; it’s their job after all.

Creating stationary and layouts yourself would take time and money. In the long run it would cost you more money to get a poor result than it would to pay upfront and get a professional result quickly.

The same applies when getting business cards printed. The one thing that people often get wrong with business card design is they make the designs too complicated and crowd the small space with too much imagery and text. A professional would be able to take all the different elements you want and put it together in a way that would look stunning.

Solopress is the printing company in UK with dedicated and skilled advertising professionals to help you in getting the business cards printed at cheaper rates.
