Should I Break Up With My Boyfriend Quiz

Dec-30-2008 By Marie-ClaireSmith

If your relationship with your boyfriend has been causing you grief lately, you may be in need of some guidance. After all, just what is it that makes for a loving, lasting relationship, and what are the signs that things are headed for a breakup? If you are wishing you had a “Should I break up with my boyfriend” quiz, you have come to the right place. Note: as you go through each of the following questions, remember or write down the total number “yes” answers you give out of the 9 questions.

1 - Do the two of you argue more than twice per week?

Frequent arguments are often the result of underlying, unresolved issues. Remember, if your arguments have gotten worse lately but the cause is identifiable and is bound to go away sooner or later (e.g., money problems, mother-in-law in town, etc.), answer “no” to this question and move on.

2 - Does the thought of breaking up cross your mind more than once per day?

If so, it probably means that part of you is seriously considering the idea. This could be a sign of deep issues in your relationship.

3 - If you close your eyes and imagine what life would be like if the two of you were apart, does the mere notion give you a giddy sense of freedom?

Freedom is usually what people dream about when they yearn to be released from bonds that restrain them. Of course, on the contrary, if the thought of being apart from him brings forth feelings of loneliness, you may really still love him deeply.

4 - Have you ever cheated on him?

This one is pretty self-explanatory. Of course, if you have strayed from the relationship, it could be merely a sign that you were feeling insecure and sought what you needed in the arms of another man. Still, a history of cheating on him is a strong sign that you are not happy with your boyfriend.

5 - Has he ever cheated on you?

If he has cheated on you, it is likely that as a result you are experiencing trust issues with your boyfriend. You may be finding it hard to trust him again. If these trust issues run deeply enough, it could spell real trouble for your relationship.

6 - Were you dissatisfied with the way he celebrated your most recent birthday or your anniversary?

For most women, birthdays and anniversaries are very special events. If your boyfriend did not take even these dates seriously, it may be a sign that he does not care enough. On the other hand, remember that men (on average) are notoriously much less sentimental than are women, so do not read too deeply into his lack of consideration.

7 - Do you have any serious issues about who he is as a person?

If you find yourself having lost respect for your boyfriend because of his actions or words that you found offensive or unpleasant, you might not be able to recover from this; it is impossible to really love someone you do not respect.

8 - Do you find yourself having to pretend to be someone you are not when he is around?

It is important that you act in a genuine manner when you are with him. If you find that you can almost never be yourself, you need to address the problem or get out of the relationship.

9 - Are you waiting for things in your relationship to get better at some point in the future (i.e., “Things will surely get better when . . . “)?

Waiting for some magical time in the future - such as when you get married, you move, you get a bigger house or apartment, etc. - in order for things to get better is a mistake. You need to work on being happy in the present - with or without him.

To score your quiz: add up all of your “yes” answers. If you answered “yes” to more than 4 of these questions, it may be best to call it quits and move on. If not, you may have everything to gain from focusing your efforts and trying to make your relationship with him work.

In Part I of this article, I raised the question of whether or not the entrepreneurial path is right for you. After all, not everyone is cut out to be an entrepreneur. I also gave you some food for thought to help you determine if perhaps a network marketing business is an option worthy of your consideration. At this point, an assumption is being made that you’ve read part I and have determined that you do have the entrepreneurial spirit and you’re interested in network marketing. So, with that said, let’s go ahead and dig a little deeper, shall we?

Firstly, are you a people person? Network marketing is a true “people helping people” business and this is a good thing. When you’re working with, and helping others, you’re essentially helping them to solve their problems. And, many people who win in business are successful because they’re great problem solvers. Think about it, on a grand scale, Bill Gates is one of the world’s wealthiest people because his company creates software to help people and businesses solve problems. On a smaller, localized scale, think of the successful restaurant known for good quality, inexpensive food. Their success stems from helping mom and dad solve the “what’s for dinner” dilemma.

One more thing worthy of mention on this people helping people concept: it’s been said that a certain path to getting everything in life you want is to help enough other people get what they want in life. The more people you help, the better your chances of realizing the success you seek.

Are you coachable? This may be the most important question you’ll need to answer to determine if MLM is the right business for you. Let me explain: most people who get involved with network marketing (aka MLM, multi level marketing or social marketing) do not have any kind of a meaningful business background. Operating a successful business requires a number of crucial business skills. These skills include effective communication, organization and most of all, marketing.

If you do not possess these skills that’s OK. As long as you’re open to working with your upline people to develop yourself as a business person you’ll be fine. Some people think they already know everything and their way is the best way or the only way. If that person is you then there’s a good chance network marketing is not for you. Building a successful MLM business requires some outside the box thinking so being able to accept instruction from those more experienced is important.

Are you thorough? Anything done half fast is never good enough in business. If you get involved in a business and you’re provided with a plan and directions from your upline then it’s up to you to follow through with those plans. Cutting corners and weak efforts on your part will not fly. As it’s been said; in business, “good enough” is never good enough.

Of course, who you choose to work with to start a network marketing business is critical. If you’ll be taking business coaching and business plans from somebody else, you better darn well make sure that person knows their stuff. You can read books and study courses on building the skills you’ll need to succeed in business and I highly recommend that you do. But, your upline sponsor should be the person you wish to become.

There’s no doubt that working with the right people to build a network marketing business is of the utmost importance. However, your success is your responsibility. To succeed, you’ll need to think like a business person, act like a business person and conduct yourself in every way like a true business person. If you treat your network marketing business like a hobby it will lead to frustration and eventually failure. If you treat it like the legitimate business that it is, then you’ll be giving yourself a great chance of succeeding. Note I said “giving yourself a great chance”. Nobody will build your business for you. They’ll help you, oh yes they will, but they’re not going to do the required work for you. That, my friend, is up to you. Are you ready for the challenge?

This is the fourth in a series of articles on the MLM / social marketing / network marketing industry. In the next article I’ll give you some ideas on what you’d want to look for in the person or people you choose to do business with. Your business partners, on many levels, are even more important than the business you get involved in.

If you’d like to ensure that you don’t miss out on any installments in this series, I’d be happy to send past and future articles directly to you. Just shoot me an email and I’ll include you on my direct distribution list.

If you and your boyfriend are having relationship issues, you may be asking yourself whether he is worth the trouble. You may be wishing for the old days when your romance was much more alive and your problems were few and far between. Are you yearning for the good old days and hoping to rekindle your lost romance? You may be wanting to give your troubled relationship a new life.

You may be asking yourself, “Should I stay with my boyfriend?” Try this: close your eyes and see the two of you in your mind’s eye. If you can visualize yourself with him for the long term, if you still find him attractive, and if you believe that he is genuinely a good person, then it may be worth giving things another try. If you think it is worth it, here are 5 ways to rekindle your love:

1 - It is important to take the process of rebuilding your love slowly, but surely. You need to recognize that you are going to consciously face the relationship issues you have with your boyfriend and try to work things out with him. Be patient and give it time. Do not try to hurry things along or force the process. Make sure that your boyfriend knows you are present and available to him, but do not immediately try to jump in and turn things around to quickly. You could risk the whole thing blowing up in your face.

2 - Try to bring up the subject of your relationship with your boyfriend during casual conversation. Make an attempt to communicate with him. But, be sure to keep dialogue with him brief and at a basic level when it comes to discussing your relationship. Do your best to maintain a sense of mystery. Remember that your eyes are your windows to each others’ souls. Use subtle eye contact and gestures to communicate with him, relying on this type of non-verbal communication even more than you do upon your words.

3 - Work hard to keep your relationship exciting. Maintain your physical appearance by smelling and looking your best. Buy yourself a new outfit or two and show your best side to him whenever you are together. This will demonstrate to your boyfriend that you respect yourself enough to keep up your good looks. Men find self-confidence very attractive.

4 - Be sure to compliment your boyfriend once in a while, provided that you are being sincere and genuine. Doing so will make him feel special, and he will get a particularly warm feeling whenever he things of you. For example, bring up some of his accomplishments, or talk about those of his attributes that make you proud to be his girlfriend. Compliments are a big turn-on and will surely make him feel closer to you.

5- Be not only his lover, but his friend. If you still want to be with your boyfriend and he still loves you, he will eventually let you into the world of his mind and share his thoughts and feelings with you. If he still wants you, he will let you know. If you find that his feelings for you start to be rekindled, take things one day at a time. Make sure not to act too needy or clingy. Just live day-to-day with him and do not try to rush things. If you are supposed to be together, you will. Time will lead you both by the hand and carry you on to that next level of your relationship.

The ways to rekindle your love that I share with you here are just the beginning. To be frank, I did not invent these steps myself. Rather, I learned them from an expert love guru when I was going through a tough time with my boyfriend not long ago. It really worked for me.

If you really think your boyfriend is right for you but you are always asking yourself, “Why is my boyfriend acting the way he is,” you need to find out the truth about why he does what he does. For example, you need to find ways to get some space for yourself, figure out how to interact with him in a way that preserves your own sanity, and at the same time helps rekindle his love for you.

Learning how to do this is not hard, but it does take some careful planning in order to get the results you are after. Here are 5 insights into how to figure him out and get what you need out of your relationship:

1 - Even though doing so may go against every fiber of your being, if your boyfriend is really acting up it is probably wise to distance yourself from him for a while. Try toning down the frequency and depth of communication between the two of you for a while. This is not going to be easy - and you will likely resist doing this on many levels. Still, a bit of time apart could make him realize how much he really cares about you. This first step is one of the most important parts of your plan.

2 - Give yourself some time to feel better about yourself. You need to find your balance and remember your own true self - who you really are. To regain his interest and get him to stop acting inappropriately, you first need to be grounded yourself; you have to calm yourself emotionally. Most importantly, you must not come across as being desperate or acting like you cannot live without him: acting this way can really be a relationship killer and will turn off almost any man. Once you are again centered, move on to step 3.

3 - Try showing some harmless attention to another man. Make it subtle, and make sure your boyfriend knows you would never actually cheat on him. You may find this hard to do, especially if you do not have eyes for other men. However, this is a very effective tactic in making your boyfriend straighten up and fly right.

4 - You need to act in a nonchalant way around him - slightly disinterested. If his recent strange behavior comes a bit from trying to play with you or mess with your head, you do not want to fall into that trap. Instead, cheer up and do not show him that his actions are affecting you. While of course you should not lie - you by all means should be true to your feelings - it is also very important not to show him too much drama. Like acting desperate (see Step 3), acting too dramatic in the face of his strange behavior is a sure turn-off for most men.

5 - Continue to keep yourself as physically attractive as possible around him. Ask a girlfriend or trusted co-worker what your best assets are (e.g., hair, certain part of your body, your eyes, etc.) and do everything you can to accentuate that part of your looks. It is likely that your boyfriend is attracted to that part of you, among others. If you let yourself go physically, you are signaling to him that you are out of touch with what turns him on about you. On the other hand, if you strut your stuff (without going over the top), he will know that you know what you got and how to use it. That will turn him on and make him feel even more attracted to you.

These are some insights that have worked for me in getting my boyfriend to stop acting strangely and start taking me more seriously. To be honest, these are not my own, original ideas. Rather, I found some really smart love gurus who shared their hard-won secrets on how to get men to stop playing games and start treating their girlfriends with respect.

Many contractors, sole proprietor lighting design consultants, and do it yourself landscapers often fail to include sign lights in their commercial lighting systems. Many times this is because they misperceive them as an unnecessary expense. Actually, commercial sign lights are extremely important and a wise investment that brings many returns. These lights will advertise a brand throughout all hours of the night, making a strong unconscious impression on the minds of passing motorists and pedestrians that see it from the road. In many industries such as retail and hospitality, the sign is an absolute necessity because it serves not only as a branding tool, but also as a magnet that draws people in. Commercial sign lighting in these environments has to be energy efficient because fixtures remain on for at least 6-8 hours on the average every night. Commercial sign lights must also be able to weather the elements without the quality of light degrading over time. It is also wise to use fixtures that not only compliment the size of the sign, but also match its color scheme and position in order to create a truly seamless fit, as the whole purpose of sign lighting is to highlight the colors and lettering without drawing attention to lighting equipment.

Commercial sign lighting fixtures by RLL Design offer a number of competitive advantages that can help you achieve the three musts of commercial sign lighting: proper distance, correct angle of incidence, and intensity of lighting itself. This inventory offers a great deal of freedom for both the do it yourself installer and the seasoned veteran of lighting design. Many signs sit atop buildings on strut supports similar to billboards. Others mount high on poles, while others resemble monuments in the ground that mark the entrance to a government office, restaurant, hotel, commercial headquarters, or industrial warehouse. Many industrial companies also brand their warehouse or factory with lettering on the side of the building itself, effectively turning the structure itself into a sign. Commercial sign lighting here must produce an exceptional vertical foot-candle print without consuming too much energy. By making a variety of commercial sign light styles and models available, RLL Design allows contractors and business owners to match exact fixtures to the many building types and sign designs found throughout any given community. Angled reflectors and gooseneck style fixtures come with a variety of accessory mounts so they can be custom mounted to virtually any surface at optimal distance to produce optimal foot-candle levels for clear visibility from roadways and parking lots. They also feature specially sealed lenses to protect lamps from water and dirt intrusion.

In order to make commercial sign lighting not only brand competitive, but also cost conscious from the standpoint of obtaining a return on investment, it is essential that you first carefully consider just how much voltage and wattage you actually need to light your commercial sign. Most do it yourselfers, regardless of experience or knowledge, often overestimate in order to make certain they have adequate levels of light. This tends to run up a high power bill, and it also often results in a service call to a professional that has to retrofit equipment with a higher energy rating. With RLLD, this is never a concern. One of the many benefits both professionals and end users can expect from us is energy savings across the board. For commercial sign lights that require incandescent-based lamps, we carry low voltage fixtures in models that minimize power consumption during extended hours of use. Additionally, our experts also look for ways to equip commercial sign lighting fixtures with fluorescent and LED lamps whenever possible. This is a very important service we provide that helps strictly budgeted clients make the most of their dollars. Organizations such as non-profit entities, small municipality government buildings, and schools can benefit greatly from fluorescent, LED, and low voltage specialty commercial sign lights.

One final benefit that government, corporate, small business, retail, and academic clients can also trust RLLD to deliver is reduced maintenance costs. Although many commercial sign lighting fixtures are comparatively small and feature sophisticated lamping and wiring technology, precision o-ring sealed lenses protect lamps from dust and water ingress. Both gooseneck and angled reflector fixtures are protected by a chromate conversion process and polyester powder coat finish to make RLLD commercial sign lights super corrosion resistant. Commercial designers working in salt air environments, humid climates, and heavily polluted areas can assure their clients that a one time investment in gooseneck or angled reflector sign lights can keep their brand clearly visible and economically lit for many years to come.

The best way to determine the type and number of wall packs your client is going to need is to have RLLD Commercial Lighting conduct a detailed photometric analysis of your client’s facility. We have invested heavily in some of the world’s most advanced lighting design software that will enable us to calculate the necessary foot-candle density around the building, the lumens per watt efficiency necessary to keep your client in compliance with local lighting codes, and the positive economic impact that more efficient fixtures will have on your client’s facility.

By making these determinations first, we can help you narrow down the options to the wall packs that best fit the criteria required to give your client’s site the type of illumination it needs. Many of our wall packs are designed with the deliberate intention of creating security lighting around a building. Any industrial client or distribution center you are contracted by is going to want to know how these fixtures can keep their facility safe from intrusion and vandalism. Other facilities, such as public centers with a great deal of nighttime pedestrian traffic, are going to need wall packs that illuminate walkways for people to better see. Still other clients may want something decorative around the building, and wall packs can provide a very ambient and cost effective lighting source to this effect.

Finding wall packs is not difficult because there are so many models to choose from. However, finding the one that offers a near perfect fit to your client’s needs is a different matter. Our staff will be happy to go over the photometric analysis with members of your team and present multiple options for you to pass on to your clients. In this sense, we function as an adjunct consulting service as well as an equipment vendor.

All of our wall packs, too, feature some degree of energy efficiency. The ever popular metal halide lamp is now available in pulse start technology, allowing an MH wall pack to instantly power on whereas in the past it took a few moments to fully illuminate. This now makes it possible for you to integrate your clients wall packs into motion sensors that will turn on the lights that are attached to the building in addition to the flood lights around the building.

We also provide zero sight line wall packs that prevent the beams from your fixtures from being seen above the roof of your building. If you are uncertain as to the nature of dark sky laws in your client’s community, do not waste time calling city hall. Call us, and we will research local lighting regulations in detail for you.

All of our wall packs are made in the USA and backed up by manufacturer warranties. Additionally, we obtain our wall packs from a number of impartial manufacturers, not a single source. This means we have no quotas to meet and no hidden agendas in what we propose as the best possible fixtures for your client. Our recommendations are not made based upon preference for a particular manufacturer or style of fixture, but rather on the basis of determining what needs to be done for your client, then looking through our distribution channels to find the model that provides an exact match to your client’s requirements.

Because we have access to so many wall packs, you will not have to wait on parts to arrive when you obtain them from RLLD Commercial Lighting. Our special relationships with American manufacturers enable us to have your wall packs drop shipped ASAP directly to your client’s location without having to pass through third party distribution channels. This can shave as much as a month off the wait time you may normally experience when working with other suppliers that are bound to exclusive manufacturer agreements or tied to limited geographic areas.

This makes it easy to use RLLD Commercial Lighting as a streamlined channel through which you can obtain different models, wattages, and lamp options from two or more different manufacturers on a single purchase order.

The Social Security Number Verification System is a free online tool that allows employers to easily obtain a free Social Security verification for their new employees. Directly from their website, a registered employer can check a potential employee or new hire’s identity and Social Security number.

To learn more about the SSA’s free Social Security verification system, read on.

The Enumeration Verification System Basics for Employers

Employers can register for the Enumeration Verification System by visiting the SSA’s website at ssa.gov/bso/bsowelcome.htm. From this page, the employer must first register for a username and password. Once registered, they can obtain instant results by searching for employee Social Security numbers.

Using E-Verify for All Hiring

E-Verify is the free online tool provided by the Social Security Administration. It allows you, the employer, to conduct a free check of a new employee’s status and Social Security number with both the SSA and the DHS.

Essentially, once a job applicant presents their documents showing both their identity and employment eligibility, an employer has 3 days from the official hiring date to perform an E-Verify check. By using the E-Verify tool, an employer is granted civil and criminal immunity for all the employees it runs through the system in good faith. The legal benefits are massive and it’s a free service.

E-Verify is a fantastic way to establish your company as a responsible employer and one that ensures they are in compliance with all immigration and hiring laws. Remember though, an employer can’t just sit back, relax and assume that simply because a new employee or applicant is cleared on E-Verify, that they’re free from future responsibility. A truly diligent employer should take aggressive steps to insure their workplace is free of Social Security fraud.

Using the Enumeration Verification System if You’re a Lender

Loan companies are also often prey to instances of Social Security number fraud. This system allows lenders to input a loan applicant’s Social Security number and name. After processing the request, they will receive a “no match” or “match” which will show if the Social Security number is correct.

This verification service is run through third-party vendors and is not free. However, it’s a critical tool for verifying identity and preventing fraud.

If you’re searching for free Social Security verification tools, your only option is with the Social Security Administration or through a lender’s vendor. To conduct Social Security number checks, you must be registered with the SSA as an employer and have the proper signed documentation from your new hires.

This can be invaluable information to a hiring organization in validating an employment candidate before bringing him or her on board. And since there is no charge for tapping into the data, it only makes sense to do so, helping to ensure there are no substantial problems with the individual. In fact, the SSA website contains a lot of employer-friendly insights that make it worth perusing through anyway.

How to Build and Profit From Websites

Dec-30-2008 By MARKBARKOW

You don’t need lots of knowledge and vast experience to build and maintain websites that you create to profit from. There are various ways to make them a tool for the creation of wealth. Let’s take a look at some of these ways to get them to work for us.

1. Local Business Website Creation

Go to local business owners and try to sell them on the idea and financial advantages of having their own professional website. Some local advertising in newspapers or magazines can get you started also, but expect most of your business to come from word of mouth advertising. Do a good job for one business person, and he will tell his business friends about your services.

You can charge your customers for the initial design and setup of the website. You should help them develop a unique theme for their new site based on the advantages of doing business with them compared to their competitors. Keep the website easy and uncomplicated to build at first so that the cost for your services can initially be very affordable for business owner and you can still make a decent profit off of it. Later on you can spruce up the site to make it even more attractive.

You will also be making money by maintaining any ongoing support that the site will definitely need in the future. Because of this, try to make the site as easy to maintain and support as you can with the future in mind. You will be charging recurring fees for your services, such as updates, improvements, website hosting, submission and search engine optimization. Other ways to make money off of it include traffic analysis, cultivating a mailing list for the business owner, and finding ways to get more traffic to the site to increase business.

One does not need to be extremely proficient at programming to provide these additional services that can be part of your standard workload for maintaining the site. Free and other sources of low cost scripts and other resources are readily available online for you to use. You can be charging for services such as autoresponders, pop up windows, chat rooms, submission forms, animated graphics, and other services that contribute to the website looks and performance.

2. Use the Internet to sell websites

You can be constructing shopping portals, web stores, and search engines, and sell them online.

Some people are able to build sites easily by using templates that are well adapted to the kind of site you want to build, or sites can be built from scratch. You can sell these sites on the Internet as turnkey business, use sites such as eBay to sell on.

Another thing you can do is find free services that are online and resell them after improvements. For example, there are plenty of free webstores available online. Go buy and register a domain name, get low cost web hosting, and host this store on your hosting account. Promote this website by getting traffic to it. Then you can place this turnkey business on Ebay on an auction site and sell to the highest bidder.

Just be sure that you set a reserve price high enough so that the bidding price has to start from a figure that will assure you a small profit. You will be transferring the domain name to the winner of the auction, the new owner of the site..

3. Internet Marketing

You can build your very own website based on a niche that you research and determine would be worthwhile your time promoting. You have to make sure there is sufficient interest in this market and it is worth promoting. Then you can go find some affiliate programs related to the niche that the site is about. These affiliate programs promote products and services that you can make money off of by selling.

To keep the commissions and sales coming and increasing, you will be maintaining the site on a regular basis by updating the content, adding and deleting products, working on increasing traffic, etc.

In conclusion, there are many ways to benefit financially from the building and maintaining of websites.

Working Online With Your Home Computer

Dec-30-2008 By MARKBARKOW

Searching out work from home programs can become necessary at some point in time for many people. You might be an injured person as a result of an accident, or, disabled due to sickness and therefore not able to do any physical work in either case. Perhaps you are a single mother or married with children and just need to get more income into the family household. Whatever the reason, working online with your home computer becomes a very attractive option to accomplish making money.

When using a home computer to work, there are several options available on the Internet. You must research the job listings to make sure you will find legitimate job opportunities and not get mixed up with one of the many work at home scams that are on the Internet.

Online survey taking is one that is gaining a lot of popularity lately. You can get paid for telling companies the products you would buy in the supermarket or any other retail shop in the real world. Your opinion of their products are highly valued by large corporations that use your opinions to save millions every year by finding out what would sell before they invest millions of dollars on bad products that won’t sell. In addition to that, you will be asked questions related to the marketing of the products to allow them to do a better job of selling them to the public.

Although each survey may not pay very much, they can all add up to a substantial amount of money. The more you do, the more you make. It is what you call a numbers game. Work more, make more is the controlling factor of how much you will make. There are no special skills involved here, except for computer access with a decent working knowledge of the Internet. All you have to do here is give an opinion and get paid for it.

Medical transcriptions are another job that you can do from home. This involves some training. If you can get the right training in this field, you will be able to find local doctors that would be willing to have you do their work of transcribing their records. Doctors will be able to save substantial money by not needing a full time transcriptionist in their office. Your doing the work on a part time basis offers a much more attractive alternative. Because this is trained employment, the income potential here is greater than just giving your opinions of products and marketing advice.

Online tutoring is another online opportunity that is becoming more popular. If you have a good knowledge in a certain field of education, you can offer that knowledge by teaching or coaching an adult or a student. There are quite a few of these websites online that are looking for people that are in a position to perform these services, have the skills, to provide this kind of service.

These are just a couple of ways that you can make money at home by using the Internet. All those discussed are growing in popularity and may be a good fit for you. There are many more out there over the Internet. If these can’t figure into your future, you need to go online and do some research. You are bound to find something you would be well suited doing.

How Funny Videos Can Make You Money

Dec-30-2008 By MARKBARKOW

Funny video websites are easy to make, and you can profit from them handsomely. There are many people out there that have done this and are making a full living from these sites.

1. Getting a site

The first thing you have to do is go to Go Daddy or some other domain name source and research a good name. Try to think up some names that sound like fun and are easy to remember, and highly unique. A unique, funny, memorable name is important in getting the traffic you need as well as maintaining that traffic.

2. Get the videos you need

It is easy to obtain videos off of popular video sites. There are also some sites that will allow you an access to many different popular funny videos. A lot of sites have a sharing agreement with each other and share videos among themselves. Therefore, obtaining the funny, popular videos you are looking for and need is relatively easy.

3. How to make money from them

Making money from your video sites will result from the use of several different income streams. Banner advertising, ppc, and actual products that you can be selling on your website that will pay you big commissions.

Open accounts at Google and Yahoo for ppc ads and discover products that are related to the nature of the videos you will be showing. Many Internet products will have programs for webmasters that allow you to start promoting products on your site as soon as you sign up for them. Once your website starts to produce traffic, you can try to use banner ads for larger businesses that can increase your income considerably. The combination of different, various income streams will continue to produce a steady income stream for you as your traffic increases.

3. Making the money.

Making money off your site is going to consist of different forms of income streams. They can come from click on ads, banner advertising, and actual products that you can sell on your site and receive heavy commissions from.

Start up accounts at Google and Yahoo for click on ad’s, and find internet products which will coincide with the type of videos you’ll be showing. Many Internet products will have programs for webmasters which you can sign up for and immediately start promoting products on your site. Once your site develops traffic, you can start to hit up larger businesses for banner ads that can pay very well. The combination of different income streams will bring in a steady income flow as long as your traffic is ramped up.

4. Getting your site together

For the building of various websites, you can find online specific programs. Using these programs will take away a lot of headaches in building sites and allow you to get them up much quicker and easily. You can find online a good website with video instructions that will show you exactly how to do it and can provide you with the go to sources to make the whole process a lot easier.

Too many people jump into trying to make money online without being properly prepared. We know all there are prerequisites to all professions, whether it is being a doctor, bricklayer, office worker, etc. There are certain things you must learn to be successful. You cannot just drive in and expect to be able to be successful.

The Internet marketing industry is no different even though there are so many out there that try to tell you different and try to sell you the idea that it’s a cakewalk and want you to believe that you can do it as long as you buy their course.

I will admit that it is a lot easier than working for someone that could care less about you, having to punch a time-clock, but still, there are rules you have to follow and pitfalls to avoid to truly make this marketing online thing work for you.

We all know that most people will not make any money online, but on the other hand some will make more in one week more than others can make in a whole year. Why is this so?

Let’s start by thinking in terms of what came first, the egg or the chicken. I don’t know and I don’t really believe anyone has any intelligent points to prove one way or the other.

But I do know one thing, to be really successful at what you do online, you first must have a true passion for what you are doing, meaning the Internet company or project you are working with must really have your interest if you plan on making money from it.

In this sense passion means you have looked into the company, its products and its services. At that point you can develop a passion through the excitement and work that will be required to work the project that you are truly interested in.

It is true that many online entrepreneurs are so good at what they do that they can block out any need of passion and be successful. However, I don’t think this is possible for those not as highly skilled or knowledgeable at online marketing.

We all know that it takes more than passion to market successfully online. You must also have a decent website, use good marketing methods, do smart and sufficient advertising, have good company support, good keyword research, etc. These things can be acquired with your relationship to the company you are working with, their support. But, without the passion, you reduce your chances of success dramatically.

The problem is, if you have no passion for that company, its products or services you need to market, you will find doing that a chore rather than something agreeable. It will affect the time and effort you put into it greatly.

The work involved in Internet marketing is typically not all that difficult or take that much time but it does require motivation that comes from the passion you have for doing it so that you get off to a great start that sustains you and your work effort.

The Internet search engines provide a great resource for information on the Internet marketing industry. You should take advantage of it by using it.

Try to find a company that stands out in your mind for some reason and seem to develop a liking for. It should be shown to be a solid company, not some fly by night outfit, it should be founded on great principles, its marketing program easy to understand, and should have great products or services that you deem to be readily sellable, if you find all that, the passion should be there. If you don’t find those things, keep searching until you do. With so much out there, you will in time what something that fits what you need to see in a company.

If you are just saying to yourself things like, the compensation plan looks good, and it sounds good, that is not enough, there is no passion there. You are not basing a business decision here by taking passion into account. Don’t forget, when you hear that an Internet guru is able to do it, don’t think you can also. Like I said , they are experienced and can make selling just about anything successful without having any passion for what they are doing.

When you think of it, it is your goal to get to the point where you can just about sell anything without passion. When you reach that point, you too will have the experience required to market anything and be successful at it. You will be a guru! That is an end skill you should stride to reach.

Remember, there are lots of other steps that must be taken before you get involved with a Internet marketing project. But if you don’t find the right company and products that you find that passion for, your work may just cause you frustration and not the success you are trying to achieve.

So, unless you are highly experienced like the gurus, you must avoid those companies and products that you do not feel a passion for.

Step 1

When I was doing network marketing, I used to invite prospects to my home. They all thought they were in for a formal business meeting and arrived in suits and ties. I always thought because it was a home meeting they would arrive in very relaxed clothing. Because of this, I used to really dress down by wearing a sweatshirt and jeans. This made both of us feel awkward. I stopped wearing that sweat shirt and jeans and started meeting them half way. I began wearing a nice pair of pants and a nice golf shirt. Sometimes you need to compromise.

Step 2

You Need To Make Presentations Without Using Excessive Written Aids

You need to demonstrate to your prospect that you know your stuff. How do you expect your prospect to think of you as their upline if you don’t show a good working knowledge of your business and are competent enough to explain it without a lot of notes and charts. Sure, you can use them to supplement your presentation, but don’t let them dominate the meeting. When you first start out with a new program, learn as much about it as you can and convey that knowledge and your competence to your prospect. That way your prospect will gain confidence in you and his ability to be successful in the business knowing that he has someone to steer him in the right direction and give excellent guidance.

Step 3

Be Prepared To Ask Prospect Intelligent Questions And Be A Good Listener And Responder To Their Questions

This all goes back to knowing your stuff and being able to ask the pertinent questions about the business and respond accordingly to their questions. If you don’t come across as knowing what you are talking about, the person will lose faith in your ability to advise them. You must know the right questions to ask to determine if this person really has what it takes to be successful. If it appears he is not all that serious and probably not put in the necessary time and effort, he is of no use to you. In case this you should be honest and tell the person that the two of you would not be a good fit and end the meeting in an amicable, friendly way,

Step 4

If Meeting Goes Well, Try To Close Him

If you determine that this person will benefit from being on your team and vice-versa, don’t be afraid to ask him on the spot to sign up. There is no reason to waste any time. Be affirmative and go for a committal. If person wants to think it over, be gracious and tell him to take as long as he need to decide. Just try to get him to join you at end of meeting. You have nothing to lose by trying. If you don’t ask them to join, who else is? You have to make an attempt to close the deal. Tell the person everything you will do for them to help make them successful. Be prepared to handle any obstacles that the person brings up. If you know your business, this should not be difficult. All objections that the person has should come out at this meeting and be met head on and eliminated.

Article Marketing Benefits

Dec-30-2008 By RubenRicart

If you have been reading my articles then its very possible that you have a very good understanding of Article Marketing and all of its benefits. The benefits of article marketing are hard earned because you have to take the time to manually submit articles to each and every single directory and if you really want exponential traffic then this will take some time; if you visit this Internet Marketing Industry blog I will share tips on how you can cut back on time but for now lets focus on the actual topic.

As Article Publishers we write for several reasons - if you own a website then perhaps the reason is search engine rank improvement or maybe you’re looking to increase your direct traffic. At the end of the day all web writers write for the same purpose and that is exposure. If you continue to submit valuable content to these directories then you will in turn gain more backlinks to your page resulting in an increase in your direct traffic. Since you gain new backlinks this will have an auto effect on your search engine ranking so you dont really need much emphasis on that particular aspect because it will occur naturally.

There are hundreds of reasons to submit articles, for list building, to increase sales or to settle yourself as a brand on your Niche; whichever your reason I recommend that you have patience and learn all of the basic - I talk about article marketing all the time on my blog (Frusketing.com) I recommend you visit and take it all in like a sponge so that you can attain the same level of success I’ve earned.

One of the powerful things about article marketing, especially if you are building a list, is that subscribers who come to you after reading one of your articles tend to buy more than subscribers who come to you from many other traffic sources. Generally, when someone subscribes to your list after reading one or several of your articles, they already are beginning to trust you, and might buy from you sooner than someone who needs to read several emails from you and perhaps communicate online before they will purchase. Article writing simply provides a unique opportunity for you too attract subscribers to your list who have a prequalified interest and trust in you.

Maintaining Patience as it All Comes Together. When you first get started with article marketing, things will probably move slowly for you. One of the things that happen with article marketing is an exponential effect.

When you have only 3 articles written, you are not going to have a flood of traffic. But if you write and submit a few articles a day for several weeks or months, you will begin to experience an incredible effect, and it will all become worthwhile.

Remember, you will continue to receive the effects of articles you have written for as long as they are online and published. So when you have 10 articles or 100 articles online, you will have 10 times or 100 times the traffic that you will receive after the first article. It is easy to become discouraged when you have written just a few articles, and your revenue is not consistent with the time you put into article writing and submission. In fact, I will go so far as to say, if you are only going to write a few articles and then quit, you might as well not write or submit any articles.

Article marketing is extremely powerful, but it is most powerful when there is a cumulative effect, and that cumulative effect takes time and multiple articles and submissions.

As a marketing consultant, I was invited to be a faculty member of the Business Success Institute, a fledgling creation of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, through which business owners and managers are brought together for lectures and workshops on finance, human resources, sales and marketing.

Being active in Arizona marketing, I was gratified to see how The Institute gained a lot of momentum due to a format that brought people together to listen to speakers and discuss subjects of mutual vital interest. Presenters, as well as attendees, were energized by carefully planned agendas as well as impromptu discussions.

Marketing in Arizona has become sophisticated in direct proportion to the growth in business opportunities across a wide spectrum. At a recent session of the Institute headed by yours truly, there was much interest in a document compiled by Adam Urbanski that I shared with the group. As a longstanding practitioner of Phoenix Public relations, I found the group to be particularly interested in the PR aspects it introduces. It is reproduced below, with my best wishes to other people involved in Arizona advertising and related disciplines.

15 Irrefutable Marketing Proficiencies

1. PASSION

I’m passionate about why I’m in business. What I do impacts who and what I care about. Performing my regular work activities gives me joy, re-energizes me and is my way of contributing to the world.

2. VISION

I can see where my business will be in the future. I’m excited to undertake the tasks necessary to get there. When I talk about my business, people around me become enthusiastic and willingly lend their support.

3. STRATEGY

My business is strategically driven by a long-term plan. I don’t get distracted by “busy work”. All activities are results driven. I evaluate all opportunities based on my strategic plan.

4. CLARITY

I’m clear about whom my ideal clients are, what problems I solve for them and how I do it. This clarity allows me to save time, money and energy; I only contact and follow-up with people who want and appreciate my services.

5. UNIQUENESS

What I do and how I do it differentiates me from others and creates “top-of-mind” awareness in my chosen niche. My business is unique, so I don’t have competition. Others, who offer similar services, simply provide an opportunity for me to sharpen my skills, outsource overflow work and create strategic alliances.

6. MESSAGE

My introduction easily and powerfully communicates who I am and what I do. My message is clear and memorable even to people who don’t need my services. My introduction is benefit-based, jargon-free, describes my ideal clients, their biggest problem and the solution I provide.

7. IDENTITY

My business identity is an extension of who I am. All aspects of my business - from my business cards, to stationary, to web site, to my personal appearance - present a consistent, attractive image that’s appropriate for my industry.

8. MOMENTUM

My marketing strategies and activities are in line with my strengths and talents. It’s easy for me to promote my business because I love what I do, know the value I create and use only promotional activities I enjoy. I promote my business consistently and continuously and never allow the work I do for clients to break my marketing momentum.

9. METRICS

I don’t guess how well my business is doing. I have identified and regularly track specific, easy to measure performance indicators. At any point I can assess my progress against my written 90-day, six-month and one-year benchmarks.

10. SYSTEMS

All routine functions of my business are systematic; they are always done the same way and create predictable results every time. Lead generation, follow-up, keeping up clients’ files, tracking important dates, submitting proposals, sales process - I have a system for each one of those activities that allows me to complete them effectively and efficiently.

11. VALUE

I recognize that my clients buy not what I do but the value my work creates. I regularly attend training events and schedule activities that support me in learning fresh, valuable information (in- and outside of my area of expertise) so I become more indispensable to my clients. I’m clear about the value I deliver so I never hesitate to state my fees, recommend my business and ask for the job.

12. TOOLS

My promotional resources are limited so I make them count; they illustrate my expertise and pre-sell my services. All my marketing materials describe my ideal clients, list the problems I solve and communicate the benefits of working with me. I use tools like articles, public presentations, teleclasses, workshops, regularly updated content on my web site, and regularly-published newsletter to attract new business and maintain connection with clients and strategic partners.

13. RELATIONSHIPS

I love my clients. I respect who they are and cherish the opportunity to be on their team. I recognize that they are people first and clients next. I strive to learn about their personal lives. I take note of and acknowledge their important dates - like birthdays and anniversaries. I’m there when they need support and celebrate their victories.

14. TEAM

I recognize my weaknesses and that I’m not an expert at everything. To bridge my shortcomings, I surround myself with other experts on whom I can readily call for support or refer clients to. They become my partners and board of advisors and help me grow my business.

15. MINDSET

I recognize that how I think about marketing and selling my services may limit my ability to grow my business. I make a conscious effort to continuously expand my marketing mindset. I look for and learn strategies that allow me to better leverage my unique talents and expertise as my best promotional tools.
