The Importance of Romance

Aug-31-2008 By JosephTaylor

Romance is important in any relationship. Everyone, regardless of what they say or do, responds to romance. The difficult part about romance is finding exactly what sort of romantic gesture your partner responds to favorably. There are some basic truths about romance that can help you to figure out what direction to take your romantic intentions.

When it comes to romance, it is important to remember that how you are romantic is really more important than why you are romantic. Both are important, but the action is what makes the most impact. You cannot reason or analyze love or the reasons behind a person’s emotions, so it makes sense that romance follows suit.

Committing to romance can be a lengthy and strenuous process for some. If you find that you are someone who struggles with some of the concepts and ideas of romance, always take the time to remind yourself that no matter what you struggle with right now, the rewards far outweigh any difficulties in the end.

You can’t expect the first attempt at romance or all subsequent attempts to be successful. You are human and error is definitely allowed. There are no true masters of romance in the real world. Everyone is unskilled at romance and just like anything else; it takes time and practice to learn the skills of the trade.

Romance is an excellent way to keep or reintroduce passion into any relationship. It is virtually impossible to keep that smitten feeling from when you first met for a lifetime; however it is possible to keep the passion alive for as long as you want it to be there with romance. Keeping passion in a relationship leads to a lifetime of happiness.

Remember that giving one hundred percent is the only way to have a good relationship with romance. If you believe that you and your partner must give fifty percent and meet halfway, there is still too much effort missing from both parties. Romance and relationships take all of a person’s effort.

Recognize your partner as an individual and shed any stereotypical thoughts you may have. Understand that he or she is unique and that is what makes you passionate about them. Holes and ruts are often formed around preconceived notions and expectations. Eliminate any stereotypes or unrealistic expectations from your thought process and give your partner a clean slate.

Don’t expect change to happen quickly when introducing or enhancing romance in any relationship. Change takes time and can be difficult for some people. Imagine that your relationship and romance can’t move much more than a single mile or kilometer an hour. It is slow to move and slow to work. Also, enjoy the slow pace because change is an adjustment for many. If you feel uncomfortable with change, allow yourself a long time to get used to ideas and concepts before passing judgment.

Romance can make you happier. If you are happy, your partner is happy and a relationship can enjoy passion and excitement. Accept your love as a gift that is beyond explanation and that time is on your side when working on any aspect of a relationship. The heart is often wiser than the brain in relationships. Listen to both your heart and your partner and you can’t go wrong.

If you’ve ever owned or thought about owning a small business franchise, you’re probably familiar with some of the more common franchises available. Everyone is familiar with fast food franchises, retail franchises and even some of the more common auto repair and lube franchises, but if you look a little closer you can find some really unique franchises that are not only fun and out of the ordinary, but also have the potential to make good money in their niche markets. If you’re the type of entrepreneur that likes to take the road less traveled, consider the following Small Business Franchises You Didn’t Know About.

All About Honeymoons

This franchise is fond of the phrase, “Our Name Says It All” but what the name doesn’t tell you is how big of an industry exists in sending happy couples on the honeymoon of their dreams. With over 2.4 million weddings each year in the U.S., and with a staggering 96% of newlyweds taking honeymoons, it’s easy to see how this seemingly niche market has huge profit potential. All About Honeymoons is a fun and exciting small business. They’re dedicated to helping newlyweds have the trip of a lifetime, but they also destination weddings and romance and leisure travel. Whether you’re married or single, an All About Honeymoons franchise is a great choice for a small business with big business potential.

Bar-B-Cutie

Running a small business can work up quite an appetite, and if you like bar-b-cue you can’t go wrong with Bar-B-Cutie. This restaurant franchise has been serving up some of the best bar-b-cue around for more than 50 years (quite an achievement in the restaurant business). With over 200 restaurants worldwide, Bar-B-Cutie is growing fast and they’re designed their restaurant to not only serve up great food, but also generate revenue fast. With revenue streams coming from dine-in, take-out, drive-thru and even catering services, your Bar-B-Cutie franchise will have more potential ways to make money than just about any other type of franchise and each one revolves around one thing: great tasting Bar-B-Cue.

Prime Time Boxing, Inc.

With over 26 years of boxing experience and 10 years of fitness experience under their belts, Prime Time Boxing will is one of the best small business franchise opportunities for anyone who loves fitness, training or taking a few swings at the heavy bag. With a Prime Time Boxing franchise, you’ll not only get training and advice from folks who really know boxing, you’ll also get training and support all throughout the business side of a Prime Time Boxing franchise. PTB offers their franchisees a plethora of services including gym layouts and startup, franchise and management training, internet exposure and plenty of other services designed to get your gym up and running in no time and help you knock out the competition. Many people are looking for intensive boxing training these days due to the recent popularity of sports like MMA or even movies like Rocky Balboa or The Hammer and with a Prime Time Boxing franchise you’ll be able to capitalize on this growing niche market and have the advantage of much better and more focused training than a regular gym is capable of.

Juice It Up!

We all know that we should eat healthy. Statistic after statistic, news reports, even movies about fast food over indulgence have been sending the message over the last several years to Americans that we’re overweight, we’re unhealthy and it’s going to kill us if we don’t shape up. Well one company is doing something to make Americans a bit healthier by providing a tasty way to fill up on fruit, veggies and vitamins and the response has been overwhelming. Juice It Up! Started out as a “California style” juice bar serving up blended smoothies to their customers who at the time were mostly young professionals. Since then, they’ve expanded through a series of franchises, added plenty more tasty and healthy recipes and have begun to attract a much wider demographic ranging from young children to senior citizens and everyone in between. Why so much success? Juice It Up! Takes ingredients that are good for you and turns them into a smoothie that tastes great. It’s a win/win.

Hopefully you found a niche market franchise that caught your attention. These niche markets often can appear at first glance to not be worth the investment, but for the majority of them their advantage is the niche market. Opening a new business is hard, especially when you face stiff competition from a handful of other companies offering the same goods and services as you, but with a niche market franchise you can be the only game in town and build loyalty and a strong customer base. Finally, consider that starting a small business from scratch is pretty tough, but all of these businesses have made it work and are now ready to pass everything they’ve learned on to you and with that comes their name to back it up. Of course there are no guarantees of success, but a new small business with a flourishing franchise will give you the best odds for success that you’ll find anywhere.

There’s nothing an animal lover enjoys more than getting to spend time with their favorite furry friend and with a pet franchise you can spend plenty of time with animals while making great profits for yourself. There are quite a few new and exciting business opportunities for the animal lover these days and regardless of your business experience, if you have a love of animals and the drive and desire to own your own business, then you have what it takes to startup your own pet franchise. Here’s a quick look at seven different pet franchises that not only serve to help out pets and their owners, but have also been proven to be very successful businesses.

Dogtopia

While Dogtopia is labeled as a Dog Spa, they also offer an upscale day care for your furry friend. Rather than a series of kennel runs, Dogtopia provides a supervised open environment where the dogs can play and the owners can even check in on their dogs via the live webcam. As a franchisee you’ll spend plenty of time playing with the dogs and providing a safe and stimulating environment for them through the day care, training classes, spa services and retail sales.

Kennelwood

Recognized as on of the finest pet resorts in the world, Kennelwood pet resort provides a safe and healthy “vacation” for your dog in a truly amazing environment that makes ordinary kennels and dog boarding services seem like animal cruelty. From their award winning grooming services and professional training to the doggie day camp and personalized play times, dogs love Kennelwood so much that they often pull their owners into Kennelwood on return visits.

Doo Care

Although it may not seem glamorous, the dog waste market is rapidly expanding in metropolitan markets and is a relatively untapped area of the service sector. Doo Care provides waste removal for busy families, the elderly or any of the nearly 50 million dog owners in America. With such a high demand and very few businesses stepping in, it’s easy to see how a Doo Care franchise could really clean up.

Pet Depot

With the slogan, “Where animals come first” Pet Depot is a retail pet store chain that provides customized, personal service to their customers and with nearly 60% of all households owning at least one pet, the retail pet market has never been bigger. Unlike many retail establishments which may see the average customer returning 5-6 times per year, pet owners will buy pet food along with other supplies every 2-6 weeks, and most pet owners will buy their food and supplies at the same location every time, giving you a high level of repeat business and steady income.

Wild Bird Centers

We’ve looked at quite a few franchises that cater to dogs, but if you’re a bird lover you may want to consider a pet franchise with Wild Bird Centers. With the highest average sales and lowest cost of goods in the specialty birding industry, Wild Bird Centers is by far the winning choice in this niche market. If your knowledge of birds is lacking, but you’re still interested in this unique franchise, Wild Bird Centers will provide you with comprehensive training about the ins and outs of their franchise businesses and they’ll also teach you everything you need to or ever wanted to know about birds.

Bark Busters

Bark Busters is a home-based franchise that gives you the training to be a skilled, on-site dog trainer in very little time. With Bark Busters’ proven method (which has trained over 300,000 dogs worldwide) you can tap into the $36 billion dollar pet industry with confidence knowing that Bark Busters is the #1 pet franchise (as ranked by Entrepreneur.) With many unique qualities such as a “Life of the Dog Guarantee” and the ability to change a dog’s unwanted behavior in a two to two and a half hour session, Bark Busters is a great franchise for the working mom, and a must for any pet lover.

Camp Bow Wow

For a high-class, upscale approach to doggie day care, consider a franchise with Camp Bow Wow. Camp Bow Wow’s “four-paw” service has earned them national recognition in newspapers, magazines, television shows and all over the internet, and if you think humans like Camp Bow Wow, you should see the reaction your dog will have when he’s pampered by the Camp Bow Wow staff. Camp Bow Wow is the first and largest franchise in the doggie daycare and boarding industry and offers a fun, safe environment for dogs to play while also promoting good health and socialization with every aspect of the camp tailored around what is best for the dogs. This business model attracts the more upscale, high-income clientele and makes this franchise a great moneymaker for any dog enthusiast.

If you love pets and love the idea of running your own business, you can’t go wrong with a pet franchise. Not only will you receive all of the training and materials needed to start your business from scratch, you’ll also be able to rest easy knowing that each of these pet franchises has built their business from the ground up and found the right formula to run a successful business without making any sacrifices to the well being and care of our furry friends. Even if you’ve never owned a business before, these pet franchises make it easy for anyone to start and run a successful business by providing extensive training as it relates to their business and many will offer general business and management training to prepare you to run your new business successfully and make a lot of pets and owners your satisfied customers.

Your media pack is a fundamental part of your business and says a lot about what your online objectives are. It tells your potential advertisers who you are and why they should advertise with you. Creating the right impression is everything and your media pack should reflect a positive attitude and a great appetite for business.

Your media pack tells a story and takes advertisers on a brief journey.

These days it seems that our attention span for absorbing online information is generally limited to just a few seconds. When it comes to your media pack, the trick is to create a document which is visually appealing and answers one or two key points or questions in a very short space of time–once you grab their attention, they are more likely to read on.

So, what is it that would make your potential advertisers read and absorb the information in your media pack?

Well, first of all it does need to have a visual appeal, but more importantly, it should cover and highlight the real selling points very early on. Think of this document as something much shorter–a press release or sales letter for example. This will then focus your mind on delivering key messages at the beginning of the document, as well as running a consistent theme or branding message throughout.

Just imagine for a moment what your advertisers want to see. If there was an ideal website they could advertise on what would it contain and cover and how would it enable them to reach their target audience.

The best way to structure a media pack is to first break it into four key areas:

1. Intro and USP’s (unique selling points)

2. Facts, figures and demographics of audience

3. Revisit USP’s and add testimonials

4. Rate card information and production requirements

If you can do all this in a four page document, then great.

One thing you shouldn’t do is try to cram in loads of images and make the text fit too tightly around them. This just makes the whole page look too busy and this mass of information will not be that easy to read. What you want is a well formatted and structured document that can be scanned, but also studied in detail if the reader feels in the mood to do so.

Some media packs are also just way too long. It is true that a meaty and weighty document can sometimes give you a certain amount of credibility if your potential advertisers are going to print out your document. However, as this particular story relates to media information for your website, we’ll assume that the key points mentioned here will be more relevant to people who view your online version first.

A main point to mention is that your media pack must clearly highlight your strengths and should almost certainly mention points about visitor levels, target audience, demographics, profiles, testimonials and any surveys or statistical data you might have. Just make it interesting, concise and easy to follow and your incoming ad enquiries should improve.

Compost Needs Compost Screens

Aug-30-2008 By AndyWest

Compost screens are the best way to get material into a much more useable state. When making compost for commercial use, or even personal use, it is essential to sift the debris from the compost. Compost screens can save individuals hours of arduous labor and can be extremely efficient and economical for commercial use. This essential tool comes in a variety of sizes and capabilities. From the build it yourself models that homeowners can put together, to industrial size screeners that do more than just screen compost, compost screeners are available in a variety of sizes to suit every need.

Typically, compost screens are used as sifters that remove debris and unwanted objects from compost. Compost screens can come in a variety of sizes and uses. It is even possible for individuals with small scale use of compost to build their own compost screens. These do it yourself kits can take under an hour to prepare and can help alleviate hours and hours of unnecessary manual sifting. Conversely, compost screens are also available in industrial size models and can be used to sift through large amounts of compost.

Industrial size compost screens can be pricey but can also come with a variety of functions. Some of the industrial size screens have built in conveyer systems which can help alleviate some of the workload from the operator and double productivity. This compost screener can also be used as topsoil screens and gravel screens. The unique conveyer belt technology is used to remove the debris and place it in a designated area. It can stack the debris several feet high. This eliminates the operator task of having to stop production to remove debris periodically. This industrial compost screen allows the operator to have one job: loading the screener. With this technology, productivity is only dependent on the efficiency of screen loading instead of the dual efficiency of loading the screen and removing the debris.

Homebuilt compost screens are not quite as advanced but can still save homeowners hours of manual labor. Regardless of how the debris is removed, the most effective compost is sifted through. This can be done by hand or with a sifter. Instead of manually sifting through compost, a compost screen can do the work for you! Compost screens offer low cost options and can even be built out of common household objects. Why go through the trouble of manually picking out the debris when a compost screen can do the work quicker and more efficiently!

Compost screens are the most efficient way to remove unwanted debris and foreign objects from compost, and are the best way to get compost material into a much more useable state. The size and range abilities of compost screens differ dramatically. A screen can be found to fit any compost need. Whether the task is a small home project or a large commercial function, compost screens can provide operators with an efficient way to maximize productivity and minimize waste. Industrial size compost screens can also be used for a variety of functions to ensure maximal efficiency and work load. Regardless of the workload, compost screens are the answer to your compost needs.

Andy West is a writer for EZ-Screen, which offers many varieties of vibrating screens and compost screens.

There are literally millions of people online who say they want their own “Internet business”. But the truth is most of these individuals are lazy daydreamers who want to win the lottery.

Business and the lottery are two very different things. The Web seems full of people who don’t realize this.

Many people seem hung up on the idea that if they just keep going through the motions, they’ll eventually get the break they’re waiting for. In fact sentiments of “it’s going to happen if I keep trying” are common among wannabe Internet entrepreneurs.

Here’s the thing: Nothing happens for us unless we actively create it.

Another really bizarre phenomenon in the pretend Internet business sector is the huge number of people who have been “working online” for years without ever making their first sale. It’s incredible that such circumstances are accepted as normal.

Consider this:

Have you ever come across a plumber, accountant, dog trainer, landscaper, florist, or restaurant owner who says things like…

“Yeah I’ve been at this for five years and still haven’t made my first sale.”

or…

“I really need this to work out soon before I run out of money.”

Or have you ever heard someone who is about to start a new venture as a commercial cleaner, dentist, real estate investor, or hair stylist say things like…

“There isn’t a lot of work involved is there?”

or…

“Can I do this for two hours a week and still make six figures each year?”

or…

“Will I get my investment back in less than two weeks?”

Statements and questions like these would be considered absurd by any traditional businessperson. And yet such ridiculous sentiments are totally common when talking to people who want their own “Internet business”.

I submit that this kind of mentality (term used loosely) is ludicrous, and closer to the attitude of a lotto card gambling junkie than a real entrepreneur. Anyone who says such things and means them should seriously reconsider this whole “online business” thing.

Too many people seem to be looking for a cookie-cutter system that instantly puts them on track to be wildly successful. Even when offered legitimate coaching services, it’s quite common for people who claim to be Internet marketers to ask things like:

“How fast will I start making money after the coaching is complete?”

and…

“Will I get a refund if I don’t make any money?”

It’s an embarrassment to the whole industry of online commerce that people who claim to be Internet entrepreneurs have this kind of childish attitude about their so-called business. No other business niche breeds so many clueless, lazy, something-for-nothing crackpots.

It may be true that infomercials and manipulative copywriters help perpetuate this kind of get-rich-quick mentality. But the truth is the individual must take responsibility for his or her own expectations and actions.

Any form of business requires creativity, effort, risk, commitment, and time to become profitable. Online ventures are no exception.

Choosing to ignore these words and pursue an Internet marketing business with the something-for-nothing mentality is the fast track to frustration and failure. If you don’t love this business, it will crush you. The world of Internet marketing is no place for the wishy-washy, weak-kneed, or undecided entrepreneur.

Success as an entrepreneur is about being passionate, giving wholly of yourself, busting your ass, falling flat on your face and getting right back up, having a good crying jag from time to time, and reveling in the thrill of complete and total victory at the end of it all. Making real money online doesn’t come with the “I’ll scratch off the blocks and maybe match the icons for the prize” approach.

If you are looking for several pointers to give you a boost in the profitable business of affiliate marketing, you will want to perk up for this article. Specifically, we’ll discuss identifying which markets will be worth your time, how to capture your markets contact information to enable you to further market to them, and how to drive traffic to your website.

After reading this article, you will be able to easily break into, and dominate nearly any market.

First off, you must identify and become familiar with your market. If you aren’t an expert in the field you are marketing in, then why would your audience buy from you? You must also identify the problems that your market faces, and you must come up with solutions to these problems that your audience wants.

Next, you must capture your customers contact information through an opt-in list. When a customer comes to your website for the first time, he is, in effect, meeting you for the first time. One or two customers may buy from you from time to time, but you won’t see and ground-breaking results until you build a relationship with your visitors. Write several e-mails and send them to your visitors to establish yourself as an expert in your field. After you have done this, your audience will be much more likely to pull cash out of their wallet when you recommend a product to them.

Finally, you must drive traffic to your website. Even if you have an award-winning website/sales page, it won’t do you a bit of good if you don’t have any visitors. Traffic generation is where most people fall short because it is an action-oriented process. You need to either work for it, or pay for advertising. Write articles and post them on article directories. Make videos and post them on video websites such as YouTube.

Using Internet “hubs” such as Blogger, Squidoo, Hubpages and LiveJournal, create blogs on your topic. Update these blogs frequently with relevant content. When posting to these blogs, make sure to your content is worthwhile to your visitors. Creating spammy blogs with worthless posts isn’t going to help drive traffic to your website. Rather, it may hurt your websites credibility. From these blogs, link back to your main web-page. Not only will this help drive traffic to your website, it will increase your websites ranking in search engines and your websites PageRank.

Affiliate marketing is responsible for thousands of Internet millionaires, but these Internet millionaires met with nothing but failure until they began applying what we just discussed. They identified their target audience, they identified a problem their target audience faced, and they discovered and sold a solution to this problem. They than captured their audiences contact information to allow them to further market to them, and they drove massive amounts of traffic to their website.

Thousands have already done this, now it’s your turn to give this a try. There is no reason for you to wait, so apply these methods today, and enjoy the benefits tomorrow!

Affiliate Payload Review has more tips on bringing your Internet marketing business to the top of the game. These three keys are just a minuscule portion of the Internet marketing world. More can be found at http://www.theaffiliatepayload.org/ Paul Ciara - SEO expert and Internet marketer.

Just because there are masses of new and almost fashionable advertising formats out there, it doesn’t mean that all of them will work in the type of industry you are in, or meet your requirements as a buyer or seller. We take a look at some of the options in the ever changing world of advertising.

Even though there are many modern advertising methods to choose from these days, it doesn’t automatically mean that the most up to date and technologically driven formats are the best and most cost effective to use.

There is no doubt that advertising is all around us and our acts and behaviour can sometimes be influenced by advertising on the TV, radio, traditional media formats and the internet.

Of course, they push our buttons in many different ways and the human mind can react to different designs and messages in a very focused, direct or an almost subliminal fashion. It is this diversity that makes advertising so exciting.

Some of the most modern advertising methods involve technology and it seems the next big response generator will be the format that has a certain WOW factor attached to it.

The three big players leading the way are in the areas of outdoor, mobile communications and the internet.

If you take a trip outdoors, you’ll see that a lot has changed since the introduction of standard billboards on the side of the road, motorway or highway.

It is now more about positioning and impact than ever before and if you can add a highly desirable and interactive value to this, it becomes an accepted and targeted proposition for advertisers and consumers respectively.

One of the striking new formats to emerge in this area is in underground and subway stations. This digital screen format allows advertisers to show short, high quality video ads to commuters on a high definition moving canvas. What is also very exciting is the fact that advertisers can target consumers by changing campaign messages to match things like in-store promotions and other special announcements at the touch of a button. This now becomes a very powerful promotional tool for the advertiser and one that is difficult to avoid for consumers.

Not only are these ads situated on the platforms facing the passengers, but they are also located on the entire length of the adjoining wall on moving escalators. They are making an appearance in locations all over the world and can be a highly effective tool in attracting a busy, affluent, reactive and highly social audience.

With mobile communications, the concept is simple, but the impact has already been huge.

A lot of major players in the marketing and advertising game are convinced that mobile phone advertising will be the next big thing and as phones get even better online browsers, more and more people will be using them to buy, sell, communicate and generally spend enough time online to receive targeted offers from regional and national advertisers. The fact is that mobile communications equipped with GPS technology will allow advertisers to focus in on their specific targets by sending offers and messages to consumers within a very short distance of their establishment. New technology certainly plays a big hand in the main development issues here and although there are certainly opt-in rules in place, it won’t be long before the ads will become part of the functionality and overall user experience.

Finally, we take a brief look at how web advertising has evolved and what we can now expect as we move into a more sophisticated and interactive marketplace.

Although the days of traditional banner advertising bringing in massive reponses seems to have gone, the standard size formats for leaderboard and skyscraper banner ads still seem to play a role in developing brand and producing a decent number of click throughs.

What seems odd is that we now refer to older online style adverts as branding or awareness ads, much in the same way as we term larger ads in magazines as corporate style advertisements.

The truth is that no ad format is producing the high click through rates we used to see when it all started in the mid to late 1990’s. Back then it was a new and exciting concept and people were clicking on ads and exploring the internet at much higher ‘per page to per user’ levels than we are currently seeing.

It is now more about getting the targeting right on specific pages and sections rather than seeing general page impression rates on run of the mill pages. Now that more people are advertising online, they have to justify their spend by constantly providing evidence that it is not only good value but also providing a good return on investment. Most online advertising (and their providers) should now offer some form of tracking and if they can’t provide buyers with stats, it is a sure sign that they are hiding something.

One of potential big players in this online marketplace is video. This format can not just capture our attention quickly, but it can also communicate messages in a way that we can understand and relate to. Although we are used to seeing graphics and animation, it is real-life footage of situations that we can relate to that will really hit the spot.

Video does this so well and with the introduction of Google video via You tube, it is now possible to closely match the video with the content of the pages we are looking at. This is just a developing strategy of a hugely successful contextual text and image ad set up that is now part of the largest ad coverage in the world.

There is no doubt that online advertising is evolving as our appetite for quick and interesting content becomes more of an issue and a main requirement. Watch this space for the next big update.

The dreaded “r” word, recession.

When the economy follows a downward trend and there’s even less money left in your bank account than you’d like.

Lots of businesses hate recession. Any business that has wafer thin margins dreads an economic downturn. So does any business that isn’t an absolute necessity (for instance, someone selling that extra large double latte) is fair game for problems.

So what to do?

How can you make sure that you come out of the recession not only alive but thriving?

Start by examining your business (or the extra business you want to get into).

Do people need your product? Will it help them save money or make extra money? Or will it provide some cheap and innocent pleasure to help take their mind off their worries for a short time?

Next up, is your business likely to be profitable? Can you actually earn any money from it? Is there a good margin to be achieved or are you likely to be the next road-kill victim when a bigger competitor shreds their prices?

Potentially, an internet business can tick most or even all the boxes for a recession proof business.

If you choose electronic products such as music tracks, electronic books and reports, software downloads and so on then there’s no stock holding. Most of these areas can be good ones for either pleasure or helping people make money.

Internet businesses can also offer high margins. Not every one - Amazon only pays a few percentage points, for instance - but many products offer profit margins that would make a regular retailer turn green with envy.

Advertising costs can be low on the internet as well. Sure, they can be high if you want them to be - just open an account with Google Adwords if you want to go down the “open wallet” advertising route.

But there are still lots of ways to get the word out on the internet that are free or very close to free.

Articles like this one cost a bit of time typing but not much else.

Helping in forums is another cheap way to get the word out - be careful not to spam forums, otherwise you’ll get your account banned, but taking a little bit of time to help others is almost always repaid and you’d be surprised how little effort it takes to turn yourself from “newbie” to “trusted expert”.

Commenting on other people’s blogs is another way to get the word out for the products you’re promoting.

Writing your own blog is free or nearly free. Aim for at least a post a day and you’ll soon find the search engines buzzing round your site like bees round a honey pot. And writing your own blog gives you somewhere to send the people you’re helping elsewhere - all you need to do on a forum, for instance, is give a brief reply and then say something like “I don’t want to clog up this forum with a long reply, so check out my blog for a longer answer”.

Do some or all of these things in an industry that doesn’t wilt at the first sign of a recession and you’ll come out the other end of the economic downturn with more cash than you know what to do with!

In modern life, there are many ways to be success. You can build business, buy and sell real estate, or getting involved in stock markets. But if you are student yet, you must finish your task like finish your custom writing to be graduated from university and start to do business or look for job. My opinion, rather than look for job, that is better to build own business, because you can manage all of them and you will get more income. Don’t get me wrong, you can start business with no or little money if you know the strategy.

Ok, let back to student’s problems. If you feel that your task in university is very difficult, then you have to look for problem solver, you must search people that happy to help you. Fortunately, there is service which is offer custom term paper or custom research paper. No like other service, they are no plagiarism. So, you don’t have to worry about your task. Of course you can compare their service with others, and you will come back to them because of their quality. Actually we can ask other people to help us in this life to make this life beautiful.

3 Simple Step To Get Your Ex Wife Back

Aug-30-2008 By HarryBaguio

People go through life at a fast pace that they sometimes neglect to care for their wives or girlfriends. Men especially, usually take things for granted until they find out too late that their significant half is going to leave them. By that time, things will be a little bit too late. Men wonder where had they gone wrong and what they could have done to keep the relationship strong. This is when they get the shock of their lives! They just simply cannot believe what is happening. Is it really true? Are you going leave me? For another man?

After the shock comes the introspection. Men then reflect hard on what can be done to reverse the situation. But the question is: Do you really want her back? If the answer is yes, then there are a few simple steps you can take to win her back. These steps use a lot of common sense and psychology. They are designed to exploit the weaknesses of women psychology to your advantage. Hopefully, this time, you get to win her back for keeps! Enjoy your second honeymoon!!!

A. Take time for self-evaluation

This is pretty obvious. It takes two to tango. If a relationship turned sour, it is either of you is not doing things right. Self-evaluation takes a lot of courage and honesty. Be sure to take a closer look at yourself and try to see what she saw in you. Were you still the same man she married? Did you change? What additional faults or bad habits did you acquire during marriage? Are you willing to change again, this time for the better?

B. Get out and circulate

The worst thing that can happen to a man whose wife just left him is self-pity. This defeatist attitude will just bring on a vicious downward spiral in your personal life. The more you think about it, the more you will regret the things that happened. Your mind will be occupied with what-ifs to the detriment of a normal happy life. The best and fastest way to get out of the rut is to look for other suitable women. This employs a devious aspect of women psychology – going out with other women makes your former better half envious. Yes, ENVY!!!!!!

C. Easy does it

After you had chosen a certain woman to be your “temporary” girlfriend, the next step is to let her see you going around with this woman. Offense is the best defense. The best way is to go to places where your ex also goes and make the meeting a contrived chance encounter. Maybe one of those public places where you went before such as her favorite coffee shop or shopping mall. It should be done with absolute finesse. Make an effort to make the encounter seem casual similar to just meeting a mere acquaintance. You can bet she will ask why you are going with that “woman” and then start to regret why she left you in the first place.

Live Multiple Income Streams! (Training Course)

Aug-30-2008 By JohnBenjamin.O

It’s time to take the academic concepts discussed in this course and apply them to produce multiple income streams on the Internet. We will start by reviewing the basic purpose of our efforts and then explore a practical example—a Web project that produces a stream of income.

A FOOTHOLD ON THE BASIC CONCEPTS

You should think often about what you are trying to accomplish through your efforts. You want to build multiple income streams that are either residual or leveraged. Remember that residual income comes from doing something once and getting paid for it again and again for a long time afterwards. Leveraged income comes from your share of the accomplishments of people you have recruited and trained. If it were not for residual and leveraged income, we would all be destined to toil our lives away in an unending effort to make ends meet. Rather than just trading time for money, your goal is to set processes in motion that make money–and continue to make money even after you stop working on them. That gives you residual income. Your goal is also to recruit people to your team and help your team members initiate processes that make money. That gives you leveraged income. You want to set these money-making processes in action and let them work for you, so you will have the time and money needed to do the things in life you enjoy.

This program is designed to train you to do just that by creating multiple streams of income via the Internet. Let’s focus for a moment on the adjective “multiple” in the previous sentence. You want to create a process that works. Then, you want to start over and create yet another process that works, and then another and another. Why? Because the more you have working for you, the more money you will make. Plus, if one or two of your strategies stop working, you will have others still working for you. With multiple strategies, you can often combine two or more of them in ways that enhance each other. With multiple strategies, you can also afford occasional failures, learning from them and taking that knowledge and applying it to other existing and new strategies.

Think of creating your income strategies as planting trees in an orchard. The more trees you plant and the more carefully you nurture what you have planted, the more fruit you can eventually collect. When the trees are strongly established, you can just keeping coming back and picking your fruit in abundance. If a few of the trees die, your orchard has many more to take their place. However, you still have to start by planting one tree–your first tree.

With these concepts in mind, let’s get started with your first strategy. Remember, SFI is designed with multiple income streams already available. You could start by picking one of the products or services in the SFI arsenal and concentrate on promoting it. At the time of this writing, you could concentrate on promoting the following:

• International Association of Home-Business Entrepreneurs (IAHBE),

• Veriuni Wireless Long-Distance service

• Veriuni Dial-Up Internet access service,

• Great Domainia domain registry service,

• Veriuni environmentally safe cleaners,

• Veriuni wellness products,

• Or one of the many other products, services, books, and training series available through SFI.

After you develop one successful promotional strategy for your chosen product or service, you can move on to another, and then another.

However, you may want to first consider a personalized strategy, in which you promote your own product or service alongside these SFI products and services. After all, if you already have your own brick-and-mortar business, why not use the Internet promotion skills you learn here to promote your own business? You can then use your own products/services as a stepping-stone to promoting SFI products and services.

If, for example, you have a flower shop, you could build and promote a Website featuring your store, as well as some or all of the various SFI products and services. If you do not already have your own business, why not give thought to some product or service that you could provide over the Internet? If you cannot come up with a product or service to offer, try to think of some information you could offer online for free and that would be of use to others.

As we discussed previously, most search engines do not like affiliate Websites. Even some PPC’s exclude SFI Gateway sites because of the sheer volume of SFI affiliate sites already listed there. The upshot is that search engines do like unique and useful content. Search engines are not prejudiced against commerce–just affiliate-based commerce. Search engines, as a general rule, favorably rank sites in which the Webmaster sells his or her own products or services or offers some useful information. The reasoning is that such a Website, by definition, is unique because only that person sells that particular product or service or offers that particular information. Such a site, if professionally done, should earn you a good search engine ranking over time.

So, to summarize–creating a unique product or service and designing a Website to sell your product or service and also promote your SFI Gateways in one very useful strategy for generating income. You can obtain a good search engine ranking because your site will be unique. You can then use this ranking to promote your own sales, as well as SFI products and services.

DIFFERENT STROKES FOR DIFFERENT FOLKS

Everyone has his or her own different background, education, knowledge, talents, and skills. What works well for one person may not work at all for another. Some of you have your own brick-and-mortar business and some do not. Some of you have financial resources and some do not. Some have a lot of time to devote to online ventures and some do not. Thus, there is no one way for creating income on the Internet that will work for all people. We have to find the way that works for each of us.

In creating an example for this lesson, I tried to find one in which the largest number of readers could relate. It requires few resources to apply the strategy I will describe here. However, keep in mind that hundreds of thousands of people read this course. Consequently, the following example may not work for everyone simply because of the number of readers using the same strategy. What will work for you is a strategy that is uniquely yours. Just use this lesson as an example of how to go about the process of creating and implementing a strategy for online income. Then, develop a strategy that is best suited to your particular knowledge, skills, and resources.

What Others Are Saying

“SFI is a great opportunity that comes once in a lifetime. It works if you are ready to invest some of your time and effort to make it happen. The checks are real and are paid each month. SFI can make your dreams come true!”

Sure the Internet and search engine advertising is a fantastic way to reach thousands, hundreds of thousands or even millions of people with your product or service. From your home town to the far reaches of the world people could be searching for what you do or sell and finding your website through Google, Yahoo or MSN. But if you have a local dental practice, landscaping service or real estate office you probably don’t need to reach that many people or people so far away.

In fact, if you are using some form of pay per click advertising such as Google Adwords or Yahoo Search Marketing you could waste a high percentage of your budget by advertising to people who would be extremely unlikely to come in to your office or use your local service.

Examples of types of businesses who would need to localize their pay per click campaigns would be:

Medical Imaging Centers

Dental Practices

Real Estate Offices

A Local Shoe Store

Local Paving Company or Landscaping Service

Chimney Sweep

Piano Turner

All these types of businesses can do well with Internet Pay Per Click advertising if they make sure to use geographical targeting

With Google and Yahoo Pay Per Click services you can take advantage of geographical targeting in two distinct ways.

One way is to simply put the names of the cities or areas you serve as part of your search terms. When you do this be sure to put these terms in quotes. You’ll also want to make sure you or your search engine promotion company makes a very complete list of the cities and areas you serve including zip codes. When you limit the area you advertise in you also obviously limit your potential clicks. The good news is that you will be getting very targeted visitors. There is no down side to this as long as you use enough terms and location to make sure you get enough visitors to make the advertising worth doing.

Here is an example of how such a campaign could be organized:

We do promotion for a small computer repair service that wants to operate only in a limited portion of the Los Angeles area. (This is only a sample and is not a replication of the entire campaign.) First we list the areas.

Burbank

Pasadena

La Canada

La Crescenta

Tujunga

Altadena

Eagle Rock

Mount Washington

Highland Park

90041

91501

91502

91504

91011

91012

(There will be many more zip codes.) We will also add “CA” and “California” to the cities in the list.

Then we list the terms. Are partial list could as follows:

Computer repair

Computer virus removal

Speed up your computer

Fix computer

Computer technician

Computer networking

Computer network installation

Then we merge these. Don’t forget the quotes.

“burbank computer repair”

“computer repair Burbank”

“burbank ca computer repair”

“computer repair Burbank ca”

“Burbank California computer repair”

“computer repair Burbank California”

You get the idea. The more complete the list the more visitors your site will get. And with such targeted traffic, if you have a decent website, you are sure to get a good conversion rate.

The second way you can determine your geographical area, also called geo-targeting, is to set up how many miles around your location you want your ad to run. You can do this in Google by listing zip codes or cities or by drawing a circle on a map. Both Google and Yahoo give pretty clear instructions on how to set up Geo-Targeting. If you have a local business just make sure you take advantage of this feature. It will keep you from wasting your advertising budget while keeping you ad in front of your real potential customers or clients.
